About Clip&Care Dog Grooming

Clip&Care Dog Grooming is one of the pet groomers listed in San Antonio, Texas. The business is registered at 9113 Timber Path, San Antonio, TX 78250; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–3:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Clip&Care Dog Grooming at (210) 885-6205; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 55 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pet groomers in San Antonio.

San Antonio is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Antonio follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

5 STARS!!!! While it may not be super easy to get an appointment here (probably bc they do such a great job) it deserves all the 5 star reviews! The woman who helped me when i came for my appointment was so kind, asked me about what I wanted for my pup, looked over her coat, to set expectations if she had matting, and explained everything so well and even gave me an estimated cost for the cut when I dropped her off. When I went to pick up my pup the groomer asked me if I saw anything on my pup that I wanted trimmed more and made sure I was happy with her groom, I was over the moon bc my pup looked so stinking cute! Even though their next available appointment was a ways away I booked it bc they are so great! As a pup owner whose never had a dog that’s needed grooming with hair cuts until now and this being the 2nd place a tried I think I’m done searching and found a place my pup will love and i trust with my girl! Thank you from me and my pup (Nala)!!!! 💕

Took my miniature schnauzer here the very first time and I was so happy with their work in grooming my Peppa. He was happy when picked up. I give a 👍 to Erica and Martha. I will continue to take my dog there from now on. I was very satisfied!! I taken him to other dog groomers but this place was top notch. Thank you Erica and Martha.

The best grooming experience! They take care of my dog and treat him like he's family. I would recommend this business.

They did a wonderful job! I also didn't have to leave my dog there for an extensive amount of time, only 2 hours. Prices are good, work is great and they really care about your fur babies. Highly recommend. They also accept credit/debit cards and cash payment. They send reminders for your apt thru text and also will text when your dog is ready to be picked up. Very clean and professional.
