I was interested in a grooming for my yorkie for today; last night online they were booked but they texted me this morning that luckily 🍀 there was an opening! I brought our yorkie today to get a haircut and grooming. -Fez up the front (maybe he’s the owner) was very kind and the registration was very easy. I just texted them picture of rabies immunization. - He called me “parent” and called my yorkie “my child”, I loved that! Shows that he understands that we love our pet as our child! -Location is very accessible with 2 entrances and business is super clean and smells clean. -the groomer was super attentive when she came over for my doggy. -I got a text that he was ready and went for him like 25 mins later. I asked if there was a specific time to get them after text so I was aware and not have any fees added ( I didn’t and just want to be aware as a customer and pet owner) . Fez said usually 30 mins and made a good point said “so they’re not stressed for so long in a cage after their grooming and to keep my child hydrated”; but to just let them know in advance if I’m busy or running late. That was very helpful and true! -grooming was great, my child came back clean, happy 😃 , a

First time and will definitely be taking my fur baby back. I use to take my dog to a big store for the grooming services but they never asked what I wanted for my pup. Gentlemen Fez at Bubble tail explained their services and billing and when I picked up my pup he looked perfect! Haircut was exactly what I wanted! 100/10 recommend!!

They do a great job with my dog . I really like how clean the location is. The treats and toys in the front are really unique and affordable too. I am glad I am on a subscription because it helps me remember to take him in and it makes it easy to not have to think about it . The owner is so good about sending reminders out and just booking it in advance. They do exactly what I ask for with the grooming. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have a short haired dog so we go for the selection of treats and nail trims. My pup’s nails are always cute to perfection. He is excited when we pull into the parking lot. He doesn’t like nail trims but he knows the duck feet and doggy ice cream are waiting for him when he is done. My other dog loves their iced cookies. She sees the Bubble Tail bag and immediately goes through all her tricks to get her treats.

We had an excellent experience at Bubble Tail, they were able to get us in very quickly and our dog Rowdy looks incredible! He came out with a stellar haircut, smells great, and even got his nails painted!!! Bubble Tail also had an extensive variety of EXTREMELY high quality treats, we have purchased various dehydrated/freeze dried treats in that past but the items we picked up at Bubble Tail visually looked great and our dogs LOVED them, even our little guy that is normally picky!!
