In Missoula, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Montana, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Deanna is such a gentle, kind, human that I trust my boy with. Bennie received the perfect grooming and has never looked more handsome! She went above and beyond with the instructions we asked keeping his ears and tail long and shortening everything else up.

My baby Paco is the sweetest little munchkin cat. We took him in for a grooming and nail trim and I really don’t know what happened, but he came out so skittish and nervous that now every time I try to take him in to our new groomer, he is very anxious and hisses and tries to bite the groomer. Two of his little nails had dried blood on them as well so I’m pretty sure she cut them entirely too short. Which I get accidents happen, but she didn’t even tell me or mention it at all and when I called to ask about it, she said she didn’t even know anything about it. I do not recommend Deanna to groom anybody’s animals

Not one to typically leave reviews, however I want to inform the community of the service we received by Deanna with the intention to prevent the same experience. Deanna was hired to trim my sweet boys nails. I explained his anxiety towards the service prior to setting up the appointment and was reassured she would be patient and take care of him as if he were her own. The service we received was FAR FROM THAT! Unfortunately, this little guy ended up in the emergency vet due to her negligence. She has absolutely no compassion or care to solving and rendering the situation. I am hoping this review will allow others to see how careless she is and prevents your little dog babes from going through the same trauma. I would not recommend using this lady to anyone!

DeAnna was absolutely fantastic with my schnauzer Jax. We started with DeAnna in 2018 when we moved to Missoula and continued with her until my schnauzer passed away a few weeks ago. Jax was always excited to visit DeAnna, she treated him as if he was her dog. We will miss our visits. ❤️

Horrific experience and would not recommend for several reasons. After explicitly stating that they cannot shave our dogs as it will permanently damage their coat and rudely responding that they've "dealt with that before and know how it works", they proceeded to shave one of their underbellies from his hind legs to the base of his neck. Shaving double-coated dogs can be a huge problem for their health and causes issues with temperature regulation in the winter but more importantly in the hot summer months. Not only is the coat on his underbelly completely ruined permanently, he is incredibly uncomfortable because of it and will likely continue to be uncomfortable in this heat and as we move into winter months. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable for a groomer, especially after it was expressly requested that they do not do that. We have had groomers discuss hard-to-brush mats in their coats before, but NEVER in 5+ years have we had anyone take the liberty of shaving them. Our dogs were mistreated in front of my wife when picking them up, and I question their treatment when she was not around as they were abnormally skittish when I returned home. Anyone who knows them will tell you t
