Used the automated car wash, its pretty good, on the way to work and its pretty painless process, swipe your card, go in, get a wash, they also have manual wash bays in great number as well, the auto wash is for sedans, small trucks, most midsize suvs. My equinox got cleaned pretty good, my weekends are bouncing through loggin roads so all the crannies and nooks had clay and stuff, the wash took care of it. Ill make this a routine.

Took my RV in for a wash in their outside wash rack. The RV was dirtier when I left then when I went in. Stopped at a gas station to use their window washer just to get the windshield clean so I could see. I t was as if I was washing with dirty water! For the amount I paid, $25, I expected warm, clean water. And to top it off getting out of your facility was a nightmare. All the cars from the nearby apartments blocked the exit. I won't be back and will take my RV somewhere else.

It is a well taken care of self service and automated car wash. Everything works and plenty of rainbow 🌈 foam to cover the whole SUV. If you like to do it yourself and get off all the bug fatalities from the front bumper - this is the place.

The dog wash room is a godsend and I appreciate that it is available 24 hours. I definitely wish customers would do a better job of cleaning up after themselves when they are done. (Speaking to the woman with a golden retriever that came in at 2:30 pm on 2/1/26). She left a mess of blonde fur all over the tub and floor. I got to deal with the fun of cleaning that up, just so the water would drain. Do better, people! Clearly, that is not a reflection of Rods and Dogs. Maybe it would help if they could install a paper towel dispenser in there to encourage people to wipe stuff down before leaving. Just my .02 cents!

On Nov. 21, I spent $30 on what I thought was going to be a car wash. I used the pre-soak/pre-rinse ( I don't remember exactly what they call it ), soap, and rinse. Then I saw how dirty my vehicle still was, so I used the brush and rinsed it again. After all of that time, money, and effort I was a little upset to see my vehicle was still dirty. As one can see in my pictures, my finger and water did a better job of cleaning than all of the other features I paid for combined. I will be contacting the owners for a FULL REFUND! Do you want your vehicle washed? Follow a semi down a wet interstate. It'll probably do a better job and cost less than going here.
