Ashleys Country Pup Dog Grooming ( Lucky Ranch )

1) Positive vibe and energy was not present when I walked through the doors. There was zero greeting until I said “hi”. When picking up I was met with the same dull mood. Sorry but for me this is important, especially when I’m trusting you to care for my dogs. 2) When dropping off I asked if my dogs would be sprayed with a good smelling spray and I was assured they would be. Once I got in the car I noticed they had no scent to them. Imagine getting into a new car and not having that new car scent or doing a load of laundry and not having that fresh smelling scent. It’s the same for me. My dogs are my life and next time we’re taking our family and money elsewhere.

I highly recommend Ashleys Country Pup Grooming!!!!! I've now been to Ashleys twice, and I cannot stress how impressed I am with their service. They also communicate immediately if there's an issue. Once there was a knot in our Shih Tzu's hair that they couldn't get out. This required the Groomer to cut a little more than we asked. The Groomer called, explained the situation, the solution, and we were perfectly fine. Outstanding service and grooming!!

We had our first visit at Ashley’s Country Pup Dog Grooming, and it was wonderful! Misty was our groomer, and she was so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She took the time to ask questions and really understand what we wanted for our little Bear. She did an amazing job—truly exceeded our expectations! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back to see Misty again soon!

Service was amazing and Nazarene Brown (The groomer I chose) gave me some insight about the process with my husky! My husky weighs 40 pounds and with everything I got was about 90 something dollars which is definitely cheaper than *most* places. My appointment started at 9:30am and the full groom ended at 11:20am. I was notified via phone number through text. He also came home smelling like vanilla (not oatmeal vanilla, or those weird smelling vanillas) he smelled like a winter vanilla candle😭💖! Which was amazing. I used to go to helgas and was usually charged 75 dollars but service has been declining followed by many times of not fully drying up my dog. Here I got everything as requested :) I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Our new puppy had his first haircut here over the weekend and we couldn't be happier with our experience! We let Naz know what type of cut we were looking for, and she delivered it perfectly. You can tell that the team here really cares about your pet and wants the experience to go as smoothly as possible. The price point is great as well for a Doodle cut. We will definitely be returning!
