They saw me the day I called about my bearded dragon's eye - I did not have to wait days for an appointment. They saw me even though I was late - I live an hour and 30 minuets away - I thought it was an hour. They took excellent care of my dragon. When I took him back for a recheck (I was giving him to a girl that loves beardies and wanted to be sure he was healed before letting him go.) the vet took the time to write a two page letter describing his health and treatment so I could give it to his new owner. They were great!

The care the staff had shown me in helping me with my bearded dragon was astounding in the time I have been coming here. Dr Neely answered all of my questions and were even extremely sympathetic in the recent passing of my sweet boy. If I were to get another animal or exotic, I would 1000% come here again!

We took our two snakes for a check up and they did amazing. One we have been treating for mites since February and they were super helpful and informative as what I was currently doing wasn’t showing any progress. They emailed me a follow up on what went on in the appointment - my boyfriend had to take them due to work schedules so I really appreciate being included like that. I also like their intake process. Scheduling an appointment online was easy and before the appointment they sent a link that was one large questionnaire to get background on the animals and what my concerns were and even asked about husbandry. They addressed EVERY concern that I had. Also, a few days later they sent a text to ask about how both the animals were doing. Overall 10/10 experience. This is my first snake and the first time my boyfriend and I took em to the vet so I don’t have prices to compare it to but for two exams and probing of each snake costs about $300 total. Not bad in my opinion.

Hannah Langford (the vet) and Ashley were both patient and kind with our very anxious dog. They handled discussing different options for my dog’s leg amazingly. They didn’t try to inflate the bill with unnecessary services and didn’t push us when we said we didn’t want to proceed with something. They clearly love animals and their job. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.

We had a sick kitten and were unable to take her to our normal vet. Animal Medical Center was able to see her promptly and took amazing care of her, carefully explaining every test and option and diagnostic hypothesis. We felt very cared for, not only our kitten but us as owners. She's now feeling back to her normal self. They even reached out the next day to make sure she was feeling better, a special touch not every vet would add.
