I had a great experience bringing my two chocolate labs here for a self wash. Everyone was so kind. This was my first time here and they showed me what was available for use (brushes, soaps, towels, drying room, aprons, etc.) the rest was self explanatory but they did offer to help me if I had any other questions. Their pricing is very affordable and listed on their website so I knew what to expect!

I’ve brought my dogs here a couple of times and everyone has been super nice, the problem I have is that the new owner (who is super nice) has really not made the pricing and availability that great. Yesterday I gave her my little pups shot records and was told that they were go and to bring her in at 2:30pm because there had been a cancelation. I brought my dog in at that time even a little earlier, I was told by the owner to come back an hour later as she couldn’t get to her until then. I didn’t want my pup in a kennel as this was her first time ever getting a grooming so I said I would bring her back. I come back and the owner takes my pup and cuts her nails and trims her butt and feet. She got done with my pup and was explaining the pricing, by the way there is no pricing listed anywhere in the store for anything, I thought is was only going to be around $12 for a nail trim, but was then told it was going to be over $30 because of the feet and butt trim. It was very confusing to me and my spouse when she was trying to explain the pricing. She also stated that the package I got included a bath but then said that she didn’t have time even though I was told to bring my dog back an

Recently revisited & found out they are under new ownership. They’ve built a separate room for blow drying your pup after using the self wash, instead of having them out in the open ( which was the reason I wasn’t able to wash my dog as peacefully here previously ). The ladies, owner included, were lovely & provided extra towels, various shampoo & conditioner options which smelled wonderful! They even came into the drying room to offer some drying tips & turn the fan on for us so it didn’t get muggy. Cherry on top was a giant treat they offered my girl on her way out! We’ll be back with our punch card very soon!

Took all three of my boys here &’ we were greeted with kindness &’ everyone was extremely welcoming. One of our dogs has only three legs &’ it was very easily accessible for him to get into the self wash tubs. All the tools in order to get the washes done correctly were provided. The staff were very attentive if we needed anything &’ they have wash &’ dry stations for even our small sized dog. I highly recommend bringing your dogs here the prices were very excellent as well. I plan on bringing my dogs here indefinitely.

Amazing new owners and staff. So convenient to be able to use the wash bays if you have bigger dogs. We love this place 10 out of 10
