Pet Paradise

My favorite pet store in pueblo! This place is a tad over priced but is absolutely 💯 % worth the extra cost. The staff are always such amazing people and are always ready to kindly help you with anything pet related! A staff member named Rudy is absolutely one of the coolest people's there. Thank you for amazing customer service! I am here weekly to maintain my little saltwater fish tank.

I have shopped here for my boy a few times and staff is always very nice and helpful. However I took my 8 month old rottie to the groomers here and he has been to multiple groomers but these ladies did an excellent job on him. I asked for deshedding like I always do and they did an excellent job it was noticeable. Very impressed. They all loved on my boy and he loved them as well. He will definitely be returning here.

I take my doxiepoo to pet paradise every two weeks for grooming. Lisa is absolutely amazing with my dog! She always grooms her exactly how I ask and never just does what she wants or thinks is best. I have been going to her for over a year now and I don’t plan on going anywhere else or to anyone else. I had taken my dog somewhere else prior for grooming, and they told me that they had to muzzle her because she tried to bite them. They have never muzzled my dog at Pet Paradise. Which makes me feel like she was being mistreated prior to this. It’s so hard to find a good groomer let alone a consistent person. Belle Loves going to Lisa at Pet Paradise and getting her treats afterwards!

I had my dog groomed there on Thursday May 21,2026. He has not been the same since. He can’t sit down on his behind. He has several red areas over his whole body. There are also nicks that are visible. He has regressed and started popping in the house again. My rambunctious dog who looks forward to his walks hasn’t been on a walk since this all took place. I wouldn’t be writing this review accept for he has been going to the same groomer regularly with no issues. I am thinking she did this to him purposefully, since I had noticed a change in her (the groomers) attitude. How can someone who works with animals harm one on purpose? Beware of who you trust your beloved pets with. Never again Sarah!

I recently got an Indian blue ring neck from here and they are still babies hand fed them and kept them in the store until they were ready. Let me put a deposit on the bird and will let you still interact with your pet. Very knowledgeable on other things we have spoken to the owner before about our axolotl tank. I would always recommend this place
