Im not sure who the new management is but the customer service quality has been trash lately. They will tell you the driver isn't here but will call when he gets back. Waited for a hour and never received a call for pick up. While waiting during that hour I'm calling but no one is picking up the phone. So I proceed to walk because it's not far from my house. Only to get here and the driver is sitting outside. Granted it is a luxury to be picked up by the laundromat. Im just saying that they can really bring back the old management team.
