Outstanding service from Newark Auto Spa. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that these guys really know what they’re doing. The mechanic took the time to inspect my car, explain everything clearly, and make sure the job was done right. What stood out the most was the professionalism and attention to detail. It’s not easy to find mechanics you can trust, but the team here genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. My car is running much better, and I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, honest, and dependable mechanics, I highly recommend Newark Auto Spa. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future work. Five stars all the way.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a loyal customer of Newark Auto Spa for over 20 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had any problems with their service. One of the things I appreciate most is that they still offer hand car washes, which is becoming harder to find these days. The team is always professional, efficient, and provides true In-N-Out service without sacrificing quality. If I’ve ever had a discrepancy or concern, it has always been handled immediately and with care. My cars consistently come back looking spotless and smelling fresh. It’s clear that they take pride in the work they do. What keeps me coming back year after year is the family-oriented atmosphere. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure customers have a great experience. They have always made my visits top-notch, and that level of consistency over two decades speaks for itself. I highly recommend Newark Auto Spa to anyone looking for reliable, quality service from people who truly care about their customers and their business. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very pleasant and professional folks, comes highly recommended. Very detailed, especially the compressed air to force dirty water out of crevices. Lovin this carwash more every visit.

Got my oil changed here today and as part of the service, a free exterior car wash... ok first, why didn't anyone tell me how much better a hand car wash is? 🥹❤️ it was like a gentle cleansing massage for my metal baby 🚗 lol. Staff is super friendly too so that's an added bonus. I've also gotten tires here. Always pleased with the staff and service here!

2nd visit: I brought my newly purchased used car here for a wash and VIP Package with extra interior cleaning, car waxing and vacuuming to prepare to give it away to a new driver. Please don’t waste your money on the extra $40-45 VIP service. They didn’t properly vacuum the car at all. Still crumbs in cup holders, gear shift , garbage under the seat and inbetween which is a hard place for us to vacuum outside of a place like this. Debri was still in the seats that a vacuum easily would pickup. They did great on the outside but the inside they did rubbish. ————————————————————— First VISIT: Oil change. Guys ran into an issue removing my Lexus filter but came up with a work around. They big on customer service and I appreciate that. I got a wash and vacuum which was quick.
