Really need someone there to limit people on machine use. Every single dryer was in use by one person. Will not return.

Man this place has potential but washers falling apart. Big washer doesn't spin all the way and barely puts out any water .... get rid of all the old washers and put new ones in

If you can get a machine that works, it does the job. I have an over sized blanket that I needed to wash. Spin speed was so fast it actually minorly damaged the blanket(it was fixable). I will wash oversized items in my bathtub from now on, will not be back. Half the room is packed with broken/not hooked up machines and half the useable machines are out of order. Was warned by other customer on which machines take money, but don't work. Pushy customers, you can barely get your items out of the washer before someone else is physically pushing past you to put their things in. Watched two ladies bring in multiple trash bags of wet clothes and take every dryer that was open. Had to take blanket home to hang up and dry. Only 2 chairs to sit in are horribly disgusting with stains. If the business is in the middle of being renovated, them it needs to shut down until it is ready and then re-open.

Ok, time to add a star to my previous, very negative review. Some progress has been made, 6 of the old broken machines are gone and 6 newer (if not new) machines are put in their place. The only problem is several other machines have now failed and the new machines are not operational (hooked up) yet. Net result is even less washing and drying capacity at this location. I know you plan to do a make over of this location some time this winter. What is most important to the customer now is having the ability to wash and dry their clothes in a timely manner. Any chance we can get a couple of the new machines hooked up before the big make over happens? BTW, the new machines look really nice😃

Don't come here. Half the machines are out of order. The ones that are left shake aggressively while in use and there are warnings posted that they will catch fire. I come here out of necessity. I work during the weekdays and have no choice but to be here if other laundromats are closed for the day. If you absolutely have to wash laundry, by all means do it. If you have a choice, go elsewhere. Practically cleared my bank account doing multiple dryer cycles because the dryers that are available don't work. My clothes come out soaking wet. I've compared the Wash Board prices and time cycles and this one is straight up robbery.
