Absolutely the most rudest employees ever. I never normally bring my autistic child with me she is 8. However I needed to today. It was 6:30 am and she does not understand not everyone is friendly so she says hello to everyone. It’s fine if people ignore her but when an employee walked past her as she was saying hello and the employee looked down and said “what” with an attitude - who raised you to talk to a child like that. I obviously said sorry she is autistic and likes to say hello and acknowledge people he walked away. I get to the check out lane and seen the front end person and expressed my concerns about the employee speaking to a child in the manner he did and he simply ignored me didn’t say a word. Yes Target is more money but one thing I can say the employees definitely are more friendly than Walmart. I will not spend another dime there. They are not child or special needs friendly in my eyes. And shame on Walmart for having employees like Angel that don’t address concerns or point you in the right direction.

Excellent customer service! I had my oil and filter changed, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. The employees were pleasant, knowledgeable, and polite. I truly appreciated their helpfulness and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning for future service!

Worst store ever I have been standing waiting for assistance in the automotive aisle for over 38 minutes no one in the store has a digital key to open the headlight bulb case this disgusting customer service they call for assistance no came , I call the store phone number they told me someone would come and assist me I heard an announcement made over the loudspeaker and no one still has came whatever happened to customer service Walmart is the bottom of the barrel the low prices are not worth your time , you're better off going to AutoZone for pep boys or any other store for that matter this is tragic the decline of customer service what's really strange to me is that the Anti-Theft display cases have nothing on them to press to call for assistance like other lot cases I've seen in other stores such as CVS and many other stores Walmart is a major contributor to the decline of American customer service

This Walmart is overall pretty clean, but I've found the overall speed/service in the Auto Department if very lacking. The attendants and fine as well as the workers, but something is not working. This particular Walmart has the closest service department for oil changes, yet at least 3 times that I've had SCHEDULED appointments for oil changes, I've waiting over an hour - on occasion 2 hours!! Today is another case in point. I had a 9:30am scheduled appointment, was checked in at 9:29am, and it's 10:50am and my car hasn't even been brought into the garage. I'm a business owner and have appointments scheduled with clients, so the need for me to make appointments for work I need done and for it to be done is extremely important. I now have to call my jobs for today and push them or maybe even have to cancel them because I'm stuck here waiting for my oil change that should have taken no more than 30 minutes!
