A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

My forever Buddy came here for his first "Vet" visit. I don't think I got all the benefits I saw on Facebook, but I don't care. He was looked over and given what was needed. "We" like this place. Side note, they took care of my turtle 15+ years ago when no one else could. Yeah. This is my Vet home.

Went to VCA Animal Hospital about a year ago. They were super nice and helpful to my dog CoCo. Unfortunately, yesterday was a total rip off. Woman vet was ICE COLD, no emotion or concern for my dog. The exam was about 5 minutes long for $121 and I didn't get ANY of my questions answered. The vet tech knew nothing either and she had this weird grin on her face the whole time I was trying to get answers and help for my dog, almost like out of the twightlight zone. The entire visit was $290 and I still don't have answers to how to help my dog other than the super expensive meds they prescribed.

Never again VCA. I have been taking my baby boy here at your clinic for 2 years. I was told he had cancer. Thyroid caricoma. And that at this time. I was told that because of the size of the tumor on his neck that a biopsy could be performed but bleeding could occur. I chose not to because I didn't want him to hurt and was told the biopsy may not come back showing a positive because of the blood coming from the location . a thyroid cancer. and I Agreed . Again I did not want my boy to suffer. I was told to take him home and that this kind of cancer and the location he could have a number of years still. I believed this. Never was I told he could benefit from a prescription of predisone to help with the swelling he had. I brought him home and within 2 days the cancer had ruptured and he was bleeding everywhere. I then called your office again! and I decided the best option at this time was to put him in his final rest. And to have a reply that it would be 315.00 dollars for putting him down. And just 2 days before I payed you guys 121.00 for the visit. I asked if the vet would consider speaking to me about this and the young woman said at the desk she would ask and I would get a

I had a wonderful experience at VCA. Today, Oakley had an emergency, and when I called, they were able to see him within 30 minutes with no issues at all. The veterinarians and staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. They went above and beyond in caring for my dog, Oakley, and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. It is clear that they truly care about their patients and their families. I am so grateful for the excellent care Oakley received, and I highly recommend VCA to anyone looking for a veterinary team they can trust.

I had been taking my cats to this practice for years and had wonderful service everytime, which gave me trust in them with the health of my cats. One of my babies had started peeing outside of her litter box so we took her in to the emergency vet where they told us it was a uti and sent us home with some antibiotics and pain medication for her. I will note that the vet that saw her that day is currently under investigation by the veterinary board of Georgia for negligence. We scheduled a follow up appointment at VCA to get her checked out as we had finished the meds, but she was still very lethargic. We booked an appointment with Dr.Sparks, who we hadn’t seen before but she was the only one available and we wanted to get her seen asap. As we had past good experiences, I figured that she would be great as well. I was even told that she was so good she could just “feel if anything was wrong.” At the appointment, my cat was more energetic but she wasn’t herself by any means and we brought her in for a reason. But because she was acting more normal, Dr.Sparks, who seemed to be very disinterested in my baby, told me she might not even need an exam and she wouldn’t want me to pay the fee
