Setting up the appointment was seamless. Communication with the groomer was amazing. Bailey asked all the right questions in an effort to have the best experience for my cat. I dropped my cat off for their appointment without the least bit of trepidation. The appointment ended early due to my cat’s anxiety. Bailey made every effort to make sure my pet was comfortable. This was greatly appreciated. In the end, the service that I requested could not be performed in full. I was satisfied with the treatment that was received. I will definite booking in the future.

Savannah Groom Room is AMAZING! They made both my kitty Peter & me feel right at home. Bailey was so gentle & loving. I imagine it’s quite a challenge caring for cats, but she does it with genuine love & grace. Looking forward to our next appointment!

We were spoiled by our first groomer for our doodle in Atlanta and I have been looking for something as good since moving back here. I’m so excited we found Groom Room! First, the girls in the shop were beyond sweet and so welcoming. They spent extra time (which they knew was ok since I was off work all day) making sure Cara’s mats were all taken care of and she was comfortable. They cut her hair exactly like I asked and she smells wonderful. She’s nice and fluffy but still with a much needed hair cut. I also brought both my girls in. Our puppy doodle isn’t quite ready for a groom yet but they gave me some good advice on when to bring her in and little things they can start doing to get her comfy. We will definitely be back. Such a great experience from the groom itself to the customer service. I’m so relieved to finally find a groomer in town I trust! Thank you!

We love Mallory at The Savannah groom Room. Poodles are not easy to groom. She does an excellent job on our standard poodle. She has great skills , much talent and is very relaxed. We are grateful to have found her. I would highly recommend The Savannah Groom Room.

Another amazing job by Ariel at The Savannah Groom Room! My miniature schnauzer, Draco, always comes home looking fantastic and happy. Mini schnauzers are known for having a lot of fur in their ears—it’s just part of the breed—and keeping that under control is so important. Before we found Savannah Groom Room, I used to take Draco to PetSmart, but they labeled him as “fussy” about his ears and refused to do them, even though it’s something that needs regular attention. Since coming here, it’s been such a relief. Ariel always handle his ears with no problem and gives him the proper schnauzer grooming, including his beard, eyebrows, and the occasional neat skirt trim. She takes her time, and he clearly loves her, even though schnauzers can be a little particular :). I’m so happy we found this place. Highly recommend for anyone with a schnauzer or any pet that needs some extra care! They also do awesome pics for birthdays and other occasions!
