SAVE YOUR MONEY- Normally I don't write reviews but this place honestly just cares only for your wallet and not your pets. The first time I went in they clipped my pups nails too far back and one started bleeding. Then they apologized discounted it, so I decided to try them again because I understood mistakes happen. I went back a second time and one of the groomers nicked his bits and I had to get cream and a cone for my dog. Then another discount was applied, and an apology was made. I decided "ok, you know what one more try", everything went well up until not even a day later my puppy got sick with Giardia. Mind you I have strict routine with my little one and this was the only thing outside of my routine with him, and Giardia can be passed from dog to dog if the area is not properly sanitized. So I decided to call them not only to make them aware but to also be refunded because at this point I'm just not satisfied with the service qualities. When I addressed my issues and concerns with one of the workers there, she said the manager would get back to me, a week goes by and heard nothing so decided to follow up and when I did someone I believe by the name of "Alex" could be wrong

Burgundy did a great job with my doggy Chibi ! my dog does not like getting groomed and Burgundy went above and beyond to make sure it was a Smooth experience and she came out looking fabulous. I will definitely use her again. I highly recommend her.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Uptown Dogg Wash Park location…especially the groomers Kari, Burgundy, and Yolanda!! I’ve been coming here for six years, and they have consistently gone above and beyond every single time. Alex has also always been such a big help and is part of what makes this place so special. My 9-year-old French bulldog can be a little….. feisty, and they always handle her with so much patience, care, and love. Most recently, she wasn’t feeling well, and I had a special request to have her nails trimmed outside on the street instead of inside the groomers. Without hesitation, they accommodated us and took such incredible care of her - it truly meant so much to me. I trust them completely with my pup and wouldn’t go to any other groomer. They are hands down the absolute best in Denver. Highly, highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you guys so much!!! 🩵🩵🩵

They did so well with my 6 month old Pom, Bear! It was our first time and his first groom and he didn’t even notice I was there when I came to get him because he was so comfortable! I also think it shows integrity that they applied a new customer discount that I saw advertised beforehand, without me even asking about it. He has the perfect trim and feels so much much better without knotted fur! I can’t remember our groomers but it started with an A and she had fabulous nails! 😊

Went in for a nail trimming walk-in on a Tuesday Morning, was out in about 15minutes. Which is such a big jump forward for my dog, he’s a nervous stressed out wrecked when taking him to the groomers and I’ve tried to be consistent with the groomers but he just wasn’t having it. This business has friendly, efficient staff, Yolanda was helpful in checking us in and quickly setting up an account with them. And Claudio was friendly towards my dog and handled him very well, the proof in the happiness when leaving and the lack of “clickity-clack” against the floor. Will definitely be back, and will also bring my cat in for future grooming needs. Thank you!
