Wag Hotels - Denver

I've been taking my dogs to Wag Hotel for almost 4 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The location works for us, and they do airport parking and a shuttle, which makes traveling easier. I leave my car, drop the dogs off, and they handle the rest. Both my dogs stay in the same room, so I get a discount for that. They don't have limited hours for drop-off and pickup. My dogs are happy to go, which says a lot. The staff are professional and friendly, and you can tell they actually care about the dogs. They know both my dogs by name and personalize their stays -- not just something they say, they actually do it. They have caregivers on-site 24/7, so I don't worry about them being alone at night. I get pictures every day while I'm gone, and you can see both my dogs sleeping in the same bed together -- it's just the cutest thing. I never have to wonder how they're doing. Every time I pick them up, they look fine -- happy, clean, no issues. On longer stays they even give them a complimentary bath, so they come home smelling fresh. One of my dogs left his toy there once and I didn't even realize it. Two months later I came back for another trip and they had his little toy in a baggie, k

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely Exceptional Experience at WAG Hotel!** I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at WAG Hotel! From the moment we dropped off our boyyyzzz, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. I called a few times during our trip with questions or requests, and **every single time, they responded immediately and took care of whatever I needed without hesitation.** That level of customer service and attention to detail gave me such peace of mind while we were away. At one point, the cameras in the room weren’t working properly. I called, and **within 20 minutes, they had moved my boys to another room** so I could keep an eye on them. Then I noticed I couldn’t see their beds clearly on the camera. I called again, and once again, **within 20 minutes, the staff had moved the beds so I could see them. Those may sound like little things, but when you’re away from your pets, they mean EVERYTHING. Knowing that the staff listened, cared, and acted so quickly made me feel like my boys were truly being looked after. The staff at WAG Hotel went above and beyond every time I reached out. **Kind, professional, responsive, accommodat

We had a wonderful experience here in CO at Wag Hotel. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. Our dog loved her doggie daycare times and meeting new furry friends. We will definitely be back when we come back to Denver.

My dogs love taking a vacation at Wag Hotels. I always have peace of mind that they will be well taken care of and exercised when I’m on vacation away from them. We will continue to be repeat customers.

This was our first time boarding our cat here for a recent trip and we were very happy. They were very attentive and we were able to relax on our trip. They sent photos, and we were able to see her on the app on our phones which really helped me not be totally neurotic the entire time. Our last boarding (not here) was not a good experience so I was pretty anxious about this time. It was so convenient to park our car there and take the shuttle to the airport. It is a short walk to the Fox rental car next door. We will definitely be back and recommend them.
