We were referred to Kenzie at Upscale Tail by our vet at Mountain View Animal Hospital. Our dog, Petunia, was a rescue and nervous by nature, but she took to Kenzie right away. The setting is more relaxed and quieter than other places we used in the past. Also, we loved that we could schedule her so she did not have to spend any time waiting in a crate. Kenzie is an excellent groomer and was able to trim around Petunia's face like no one we had used before. Sadly, Petunia passed away this month, but we have great appreciation for Kenzie and the wonderful service she provided for us over the years.

I brought in my doodle to get groomed by Kenzie. Everything on the groom was bad except for the face shaping. She asked if I wanted "clean feet" but she left his paws full of hair. I just got back from a hike and noticed because there are chunks of mud all stuck to the hair in his paws. Her response was unprofessional she asked for me to check sooner after his groom next time because it's inconvenient for her. I didn't check his paw pads immediately after the groom because for $140 cash with tip I was not thinking I needed to. Not to mention his legs were left sloppy with long hairs, his body is uneven, he had dreads behind his ears and she cut him on his little flap part where the back leg connects to the body. She claimed his cut must have been from the hike today but it wasn't because the cut showed up immediately after his groom with Kenzie. Just so sloppy and careless seemed like they rushed it. His fur didn't even seem that clean when I picked him up. I do a better job at home then the work they do and for reno prices it's very expensive. I am very disappointed that I will have to fix him myself now at home. I used to groom dogs on the side and I would have never left a clien

Kenzie groomed my 3 year old Yorkie who HATES groomers, but he loved it here. They don't require you to wait an excessive amount of time nor kick you out. Plus my previous groomer Missy (whom I lost touch with) also works here, I found out when I went to pick up Tucker. You can't go wrong with two Aces!

Cindy did an awesome job with my 6 month old Yorkie. I had no idea what type of cut I wanted so she talked me thru options and took good care of him. He came home in a great mood looking fresh, reassuring me he wasn’t stressed by his first haircut.

My senior poodle Lucy has been going to Debbie for years. She is hands-down the best in the business highly recommend.
