Evidently their idea of customer service is placing your call on hold every time you call when transferred from the automated service. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Phone call was transferred each time but as soon as employee picked up they put it on hold. No conversation, just immediately put on hold each time. A simple "I'll be with you in a minute" is common courtesy.

I actually called about a pintle hook mount for my trailer. They answer first call, verified the part was in-store and had it at the counter. I don't know if every experience can go that smooth. But I appreciated there actions that lead to a quick and convient experience.

Had a negative experience at this location but endless excellent experiences at the Rural King. It's simply night and day at customer service and availability.

A great store and wonderful staff. Really helped us out when our tire on our trailer blew out. Also helped us replace it. Really above and beyond in care and kindness. Very grateful we came here.
