I love this place! The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Usually, I come in to look at spiders, but this time, I bought a female Regal Jumping Spider! The process of purchasing an animal is extremely easy. Thank you again!

Insanely poor management. I purchased a guinea pig from this store hoping to support a small business and unbeknownst to me what I got in return was a pregnant BABY guinea pig. So I call (7/20) hoping to have a place for these babies to go as I wasn’t prepared nor able to house DOUBLE the amount of animals I had previously had. And the OWNER told me that they could take them and to call back once they’re 3 weeks old (7/30) and they would take them at 4 or 5 weeks. When I called back I was told I had to message the owner on Facebook since she was on vacation, upon messaging her (8/8) she had no recollection of our previous conversation and after some back and forth we landed on bringing them in on Friday or Saturday (8/14-15) but it could be earlier. I was never informed of another date and so I brought them in Friday. When I go in to drop them off the response I received was “did we agree on today?” And when I told her yes that’s what you told me her only reply was “well a heads-up would’ve been nice” and she quickly ran away to her office. You had a 25 day notice from me and probably longer to fix the reoccurring issue of in house breeding. To the younger girl with curly hair, tha

They had a visibly dying jumping spider kept in awful conditions. I keep and breed jumping spiders so I know how they should be kept and this wasn’t it. They wanted 40 for it. They then asked the boss what to do and they said they had to “keep it, to send in proof that it’s how it came” was insane, they decided to let it sit there and die instead of letting me help save it. It’s legs were starting to curl, it’s abdomen was flat (severely starving and extremely dehydrated) and it was being kept in a container with extremely dry dirt. This is sad to see in a family ran pet store.

Went in to purchase our first ball python. Avery was incredible to work with. She answered every question and showed us everything we needed and more. She was so friendly and made sure we knew what we were doing setting up our first enclosure. I would give way more than 5 stars if I could!

Recently bought some live plants and a betta fish, and all I can say is this place takes such amazing care of their critters. His colors were bright and vibrant, even before bringing him home. Very healthy and active, already comfortable enough in his new tank to build a bubble nest!! Plants were healthy and strong, we asked one of the employees to pick some plants for us as we’re previous fish owners but inexperienced with plants and she knew exactly what to suggest, even asked what gender fish we were buying. Will do all my fish shopping here!
