Thrive Pet Healthcare - Natick

My family and I have been taking our pets to Thrive for about 10 years now and we have never looked back! I personally trust Thrive so much with my animals. My dog Archie in the beagle mix picture has been going to Thrive for over 10 years seeing different veterinarians in the facility but over the past couple of years has been a patient of Dr. Trautwein who is super knowledgeable and helpful! Thrive has also helped our other dogs Kylo the Black Lab mix and Elvis the Kerry Beagle in the past 10 years as well. Elvis passed away a while back but Archie and Kylo are still alive and still go to Thrive. Archie recently had a leg amputation in June of 2026 due to a cancerous tumor that was growing rapidly on his hind right leg. During that time Dr. Trautwein along with the front desk were extremely supportive and were there for Archie and I whenever I had questions or concerns about him. Fast forward to recently Archie has been thriving with his recent surgery but has been having some digestive issues. I took him in recently to see Dr. Trautwein regarding this issue and is still ongoing but the Thrive Pet Healthcare team were able to come up with a plan immediately as I brought him in

My cat is almost 13 years old, and been with me since she was adopted at 15 weeks old. When I moved back to the Natick area, I found Thrive Pet Care and decided to give them a try. I’m honestly so glad I did. Probably the best vet clinic I’ve ever experienced during my cat’s almost 13 years. From the front desk staff, to the vet techs and doctors, everyone had been amazing. I’ve never felt so calm, at ease, or taken care of on a trip to the vet’s office. As someone who is highly anxious AND who considers my cat my child (laugh if you want, it’s true), I’ve always had really high expectations when it comes to her care. And the Thrive Pet team has met, if not exceeded, every one of those so far. They take the time to explain their reasoning behind any recommendations and it never feels rushed. Questions are welcome and for things like cost, they proactively offer estimates to help in decisions with things like EKG scans and such. Really a top notch team and grateful to have found them.

We cannot recommend Thrive Pet Healthcare in Natick enough! You can truly tell that everyone there, from the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the doctors, genuinely loves animals. Our sweet girl gets anxious about vet visits, and Dr. O’Gorman was absolutely amazing. She worked her magic and made all of us feel comfortable during her checkup. She is compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way throughout the appointment so both our pup and us doggy parents felt cared for. We’re so grateful for the experience and will absolutely continue coming back 💛
