I’ve trusted this grooming team with my dogs for many years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. Before Promise, my previous dog was older and needed a very gentle, patient approach. They were one of the few groomers willing to work with senior dogs, and they always treated her with such kindness and care. That meant the world to me at the time and is something I’ve never forgotten. Now with Promise, my mini Goldendoodle, the experience has been just as wonderful. She always comes home looking absolutely beautiful, and it’s obvious how much pride they take in their work. Beyond the grooming itself, what really sets them apart is the level of care and thoughtfulness they put into every interaction. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and you can tell the dogs are genuinely loved while they’re there. One of my favorite touches is the themed photos they take after each grooming appointment. I’ve collected so many adorable seasonal pictures of Promise over the years, and the Christmas photos with Santa are something I genuinely look forward to every year. Those little details make the experience feel special and personal. I also really appre

Sudsy Pup Paw is fantastic! I took my wirehaired dachshund in for her first hand stripping and couldn’t be happier. The staff was so sweet and knowledgeable. They even introduced me to their dog Waldo to show what a proper wire coat should look like, and that alone gave me so much confidence. The results are amazing. Already booked my next visit in 6 weeks!

So I've taken my now 13yr old dog Cotton here about 4 times now and each time has been great. Honestly I don't have any real cons. My dog has hated grooming since I've had him as he was abused as a puppy by one. However, every time I have come to get him he is ecstatic. In fact he loves that there's so much that he actually got excited getting out of the car to go in to the building. That's a big deal because normally he gets nervous and starts freaking out the moment we get in the building. They've made him feel that comfortable. The only thing I'd say is for some people, they can be a bit pricey. For my smallish medium Bichon it's $120 for a full groom. With that being said, with how well they handle my anxious elder, and the fact that they take almost professional worthy photos (pics attached), it's worth it. You get what you pay for and they definitely give me my money's worth.

I have brought all 3 of my dogs here on numerous occasions and the experience has always been positive. The staff is friendly and they have great care of the dogs. One of my dogs is very nervous and they make her feel safe. They also take great pictures of the pups with a little visit summary which I find adorable.
