Took my dog for nail trimming. They returned her to me with a bloody paw and my dog shaking. All he said was “accidents happen and he has the licenses required” then put a powder on it. He got upset for pointing out her bloody paw. I have been coming here for years but the quality has really gone down. It’s no longer the same as before. Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

My family members and I have gone here and had a great experience at first and today has been such a disappointment crazy upcharge from 80 now it’s sudden 120 plus 20 more for flea treatment that they mentioned at the end I have to pay and he wasn’t even showered yet and been there since 9 am crazy and unprofessional miscommunication definitely not coming back we trust our babies and not knowing what really goes on I dropped off my baby at 9am and he was supposed to be ready at 11-12 it’s literally 2:20pm

Excellent service! My dog came out looking so fresh an clean! Her coat was nice and soft! Her nails trimmed and her teeth cleaned totally worth it would recommend 100%!

I felt kind of iffy about this place but it had good reviews. I have a Corgi, her hair was starting to get really long (her rear leg hair and chest and undercarriage hair for lack of a better word) her nails were also due for a trim. I was confused when asked what number I wanted her hair to be cut, I tried to explain I only wanted a trim, because I've been told by other groomers that Corgis can't be shaved due to their double coat. I left feeling a little uneasy but the people were nice and again the reviews were good so I decided to leave it in the hands of professionals. I called around 4 hours later, 2pm to ask about her, they said it would take another 2 to 3 hours and that they hadn't started on her yet. Also I had mentioned she was a Corgi when I called and got "I don't know about different breeds". Finally got the call to pick her up. When I tell you I was SHOCKED, they had shaved my Ella. I had to process what I was looking at. Now, the services were all preformed correctly, and if I had asked for a shaved Corgi I would be 100% satisfied with the transaction. I would recommend for short to medium hair dogs with a single coat. Long hair and double coat dogs should approach

Listen, they are incredibly patient with my little girl Saori. I’m so happy to hear that she is comfortable enough to be groomed by the staff in Paw Central. Not proud to say i let her fur get so bad, but paw central really helps alleviate my baby from having so much fur. Also work with the people your paying to groom your pet. If you know something triggers your dog please let them know ahead of time your pet can’t speak for themselves. This really saves time and helps the staff work with your fur baby a lot better. Thank you greatly for your services. Green scarf is recent and the other pictures are before and after.
