21Pooch Hollywood

I’ve been taking my dog to 21 Pooch for about four years, and unfortunately, the experience has changed a lot from when we first started. For years, I trusted Valiera with my dog and always felt comfortable because she knew him, handled him well, and I knew who was grooming him. Now it seems like there are constantly different groomers, and I haven’t been comfortable with how some of them handle the dogs. They can be rough, which is especially disappointing when you’ve trusted a business with your dog for years. The pricing has also gotten ridiculous. It feels like there is an extra charge for every little thing now, including an additional fee if another groomer has to assist with something as basic as clipping your dog’s nails. At a certain point, all of these added fees make the service no longer worth the price. It’s disappointing because this is literally the only grooming business my dog has ever been to, so I stayed loyal for a long time. But after seeing how much the service, staff consistency, and pricing have changed, I won’t be returning. I’ll be finding a new groomer where I can feel comfortable knowing who is handling my dog and where the pricing feels reasonable fo

I cannot recommend 21 Pooch enough for any Poodle or Poodle Mix breed! They did such a fabulous job with my dog Chloe. I’m so blown away by how amazing she looks. They did the perfect teddy bear cut on her face, which I haven’t been able to get elsewhere. I asked specifically to keep her body on the longer side, and they did a great job keeping the length but evening her out. Can’t wait to bring her back!

I’ve been coming here for at least a year now! This place is amazing with dogs. My pup can be little cranky at times but they take good care of him and he always has the best haircuts!

had a wonderful experience at this dog grooming salon. The staff was kind, professional, and clearly cares about the dogs. My dog came out looking amazing, clean, and happy. They paid attention to every detail and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!

I’ve brought my pup here a few times and everytime they get her cut wrong. This past time I went was the last straw. I specifically told them at drop off that I didn’t want the fur in between her eyes touched. I showed them pictures, videos, and they even took photos of my desired goal so that there would be a reference to look at while cutting her fur and a clear understanding of what I was expecting. I made sure that the assistant understood that I did not want her eyes to be touched. When I went to pick up my fur baby, I was heartbroken to find that they had shaved the entire section I had specifically asked them NOT to touch. I was beside myself basically trying to hold back tears. I couldn’t believe that my directions were completely ignored. I couldn’t have been any clearer with my instructions, even mentioning that I had been unhappy with her cuts before because they always cut too much when I specify not to do this time I wanted to make sure there wasn’t any possibility of that. At pickup, the lady at the front I had spoken to at drop off seemed confused as to what happened as well. She even reiterated that I was extremely clear about what I requested and “didn’t know what
