I miss this place so much. I moved to Beachwood and now it's too far away, but it was always clean. Towels always stocked, and the owners were always nice. Please open another location out east. We need you here :(

The convenience is great and overall the shop seemed very well maintained and cute! I am giving 5 stars because even with the small complaint I had I am very into supporting small businesses such as this one over a chain store and I very much look forward to visiting the dog shop they also own. My issue comes primarily from the blow dryer. I have a 20lb Australian Shepherd Mix puppy and he is fairly good in the bath. I had him washed and rinsed in under 2 minutes which gave me plenty of time (10min) to dry him, or so I thought. The dryer on its high setting was no stronger than my $20 hair dryer from home and even after drying him for the entire 10 minutes I still went home with a damp dog. He isn’t big and should’ve been dry in that amount of time. I am aware I could have added more time by paying more but the fact still stands that drying a puppy should not take 10 minutes with a dryer. Now I don’t pretend to know how the internals of the machine work but if you’re going here just because the dryer just have your expectations adjusted accordingly! Additionally I wanted to pay in cash but only had a $10 bill and a $5 bill. This means that I payed an extra $3 without change or a

This place is so well maintained, affordable, very convenient, and the owners are such nice people. Took my Tucker boy here for the first time yesterday (1 year old golden retriever) (Owner was in the building doing maintenance and cleaning and I was so glad he was as he walked me through the steps and gave me tips. He didn’t have to do that given that this is a self serve location but he is just so kind!) Tucker came out smelling amazing and so clean! Will be a returning customer!

Best find at 8:00pm on Easter Sunday! Our pups got all muddy after playing at the dog park and they came out very happy and clean after the self-wash station experience. Although it was half an hour away, it was the closest and it was worth the drive. We are traveling and stopped in Akron to visit family, so it is definitely marked as Favorites on my Maps! Quick note/suggestion: add additional money into the machine BEFORE the end of the cycle to earn more time. Don't wait until you're done with your 10 minutes.

An excellent self-serve dog wash. Good products, towels provided, even aprons to help keep you dry while you get your dog nice and clean. Nice, helpful owners -- I have mobility issues and they even got a chair for me to use. I love the machines -- smart and easy to use, and there's three stalls so hardly ever a line, I bet. Reasonable price and a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Long hours, too, which makes it easy to use. I love the fencing around each self-serve tub, which ensures that your dog stays where you want them to be but gives them a chance to move about and shake a bit once you've pulled them out of the tub. All around smart design and good experience. Wish there was one a bit closer to me, but this place is worth the trip.🐕
