The K9 Crew

We would highly recommend Jeff for his grooming services. We have two 4 month old Shih Tzus and Jeff did a fantastic job with them. This was their first haircut and he was very kind and caring to each pup. The haircuts themselves were exactly what we were looking for. Jeff was prompt and professional in all of his interactions. We hope to become regular clients of his!

Where to start?! The K9 crew is everything you could want for your fur baby. Jeff takes care of our puppy likes he’s one of his own. I have a goldendoodle puppy who totally forgets I exist the moment we pull up to the K9 crew. Jeff has helped so much with socializing our puppy and always reassures us by sending the cutest pictures and videos while we’re at work. I was hesitant at first to send my pup to a day care but I can confidently say you do not have to be nervous sending yours to Jeff!

Jeff is a great dog handler! We recently added a goldendoodle puppy to our family and we were worried about finding a legitimate/caring dog care business to watch our pup during work hours. Jeff is amazing! His interaction with our pup is top-notch. I know our pup is in a great place because he gets really excited to see Jeff every time we drop him off. I've seen the way Jeff interacts with the other dogs and he is in control, which makes us feel at ease knowing that our pup is in a safe and fun place. If you're looking for a caring dog care business, I highly recommend The K9 Crew!

If you have dogs who do not like to be groomed, have had bad experiences at a groomer, or require a sedative before they go, then Jeff’s K9 Crew is the groomer for you. Jeff is first and foremost, a humane groomer. This is not a one-size-fits-all, factory line. This is personalized, custom care. Jeff grooms one dog at a time. No crates of dogs barking or whimpering. It is quiet and relaxed. Jeff is nonjudgmental. If your dog’s coat is shaggy, challenging, possibly a little matted, Jeff understands that life happens. Jeff cares about your dog having a positive experience: he will forego perfection if the cost to your dog is too high. He will skip the blow out if your dog is afraid. He will shave or close crop your dog rather than spend hours combing out knots and creating a negative experience for your dog. That is not to say that my dogs don’t look fabulous when Jeff is finished grooming them. They do and that’s important to Jeff. But more importantly, my dogs are happy, hydrated and themselves when I pick them up: I can tell they’ve been groomed with gentle care.

Jeff was so great with our dog Goldie. We did not have a good previous experience boarding Goldie at someone else's house so we were very apprehensive to leave Goldie again when we had to go out of town. Jeff reassured us he had a great and safe system in place for all his dogs and reassured us that Goldie would be taken care of as if she was his own dog. During our trip, Jeff sent daily updates with pictures and a text about how she was doing. He was also able to groom her before we picked her up, which was SO helpful! Additionally, Jeff was able to drop Goldie back to us when we returned which again was very helpful after a long day of traveling. We can tell Goldie was very well taken care of and had an amazing time with Jeff and the K9 crew! She did not have any diarrhea (which happened after the previous stay during that bad experience in someone else's care) and she was her same happy self upon return to us. We can't thank Jeff enough for giving our dog the love and attention while we were away. We already have her booked for a future trip and we know she will have another great vacation in Jeff's warm care! Thank you Jeff and the K9 Crew!
