Tuesday at Hipster Hound is one of the best dog groomers I’ve known in my more than 50 years of dog ownership. We have a rare breed, a Coton de Tulear, and she not only knew how to groom him perfectly, she also taught me how to care for his long beautiful hair in between grooms. The difference is that Tuesday is a long-time professional in the dog world who has raised and showed dogs of her own. We appreciate her excellence and how happy our little guy is after his groom. Hipster Hound creates a happy environment and also has the dog supplies we need. We couldn’t be more pleased.

My Dixie girl LOVES Hipster Hound on Echols! They are a second home for her whenever I travel and she always has the best time. I opt in for daily photos/report cards and it’s such a special touch when I’m away from her. Thank you for being so good to my girl!!❤️

We love both locations We board at Echols and do mostly day care on diamond (closer) Both locations spoil our puppies and have patience with our rambunctious younger Rhodesian We are quite stress free when having to go away under their care!! That is key when choosing a place

My dog loves this facility. We went for a couple of weeks. I was charged $12 a day extra because he wasn't neutered. Dog has a freak seizure after being neutered and in daycare. He's taken to the emergency hospital which finds nothing wrong. Vet perscribes no medication, says he needs to be monitored but sees no reason to medicate or run neurological tests. Dog was in excellenr health. I pay the $445.00 bill. Take him home. Everything is OK. Took my dog into the HH the next morning. Pay the extra $12 a day since he was recovering from neutering and needed to be in solitary. Pick my dog up. Pay the bill. Excited that the following week was only going to be $32 a day and even considered buying the $870 package being run for Christmas. Ten minutes later I get a text that he can't come back for 30 days because of the seizure and that he had to be medicated etc. I'm not going to play Vet and Medicate a dog that doesn't need to be medicated on professional advice. So the daycare that I used for 2 weeks and paid $12 a day extra, even getting my dog neutered so he could go there, is now without a daycare for 30 days. Worse, I called and left a message for the manager Emily to call me upo

We love the Hipster Hound and so does our pup! We have been taking Theo to daycare weekly for over a year and have always had a great experience. He has even stayed with them for over a week while boarding and always comes home happy and tired! Every staff member I have ever interacted with has been very helpful and knowledgeable. They all know Theo by name and he seems to like them all (high praise from him). They are very accommodating when we have last minute plans come up and always seem to do their best to find a spot for him to play. As if their stellar boarding and daycare services weren't enough, the team coordinates fun events such as valentines and secret Santa gift exchanges. The daily pictures are more than worth the $3 charge and sometimes even come with fun stories about Theo's day. We will be loyal Hipster Hound customers for a long time!
