I never write reviews, but I had to come on here and talk about this experience. The lobby was beautiful and check-in was really quick so I had really high hopes. The second we got to the eighth floor, you open the elevator and it smells like feet. We walk into our hotel Room, and normally you open the door, you are expecting to see a big beautiful room. That was not the case at all. The carpet literally was stained and smelt bad, the beds were so low to the ground, The TV was just on a random pole, not on a console or anything. There’s a plastic chair and an oddly long table attached to the wall. The shower floors were cracked, the sink was so low, the toilet was also very low. The most impressive thing about this room was that they use a nespresso machine for the coffee. Don’t get me started on the AC. My boyfriend and I were dying. It is so weak it barely blows in the room would not get cold. There’s also a quilt on the bed that I just have a feeling has never been washed. We’re here for two nights, this is the first night, I wish it would be as easy as getting a refund and going somewhere else because if we could do that we definitely would. Hopefully we get a chance to explore

We loved our stay here! We came into town for a staycation and were very happy with the hotel. The rooftop pool and terrace was great, as was the rooftop restaurant. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly and welcoming. The room was massive and well appointed, clean and had a great shower. It’s centrally located in a clean, safe and walkable area of town. We didn’t travel with our dog this time but they’re also pet friendly so we will definitely be back.

I am very disappointed with this stay. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong musty/moldy smell coming from the carpet. I requested a room change, and the hotel moved me to another room, but the new room had the same damp, moldy odor. This does not seem to be an issue with just one room. The smell is very uncomfortable and makes me concerned about the cleanliness and air quality of the room. In addition, the cleanliness and overall setup of the room do not feel like a four-star hotel at all. The level of cleaning, maintenance, furniture, and overall room quality feel more like a basic budget hotel. I honestly do not understand how this property is rated as a four-star hotel. The window in the room was also broken and could not be opened until maintenance came to fix it. This added even more frustration to the stay. I tried to cancel, but because my reservation/payment was made through a third party, I was told the hotel could not cancel or refund it directly. At this point, I honestly don’t know how I am supposed to stay here for the remaining nights. Guests should at least be provided with a clean, odor-free room that is safe and comfortable to stay in.
