Cristian went above and beyond during my stay at the Sheraton Los Angeles. He was extremely attentive, detail-oriented, helpful, welcoming, and friendly. His level of customer service truly stood out and made my experience even better. I love staying at this location, and as a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, service like this is exactly why I continue to remain loyal to Marriott. Cristian is a great example of the kind of hospitality that keeps guests coming back. Thank you, Cristian, for the outstanding service. Keep up the great work!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton. I amount of money that was paid for this hotel, and the experience was nowhere near worth the price. There was no room service available, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. To make matters worse, the restaurant didn’t even open until 4:00 p.m., leaving very limited dining options during the day. The condition of the room #1916 & 2311 was equally disappointing. Both the bathtub and sink had drainage issues, causing water to back up instead of draining properly. This is a basic maintenance issue that should have been addressed before guests checked in. For the amount of money I spent, I expected quality accommodations, attentive service, and basic amenities. Instead, I experienced poor service, limited food availability, and an inadequately maintained room. I will never stay at this Sheraton again and would not recommend it to anyone expecting the level of service that should come with a premium hotel.

Best experience with any hotel. The staff is always around and making sure everyone is ok. The door men and bell hop service go the extra mile when helping you in and out of the hotel. I was able to check in my bags after my hotel stay while I was waiting to leave for my flight. They also checked in a bag I had a special request for and I was not to sure if it would be possible. But they heard me out asked the manager and said they can help me. They also have a wonderful front desk that are so kind and when I was checking in during the convention time they offered me a free upgrade to my room. The rooms are clean and the location is right in the mall and down town with so many night life and things to do near by. 10 out of 5 stars. I will definitely come back to this hotel for the next convention.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, though the fixtures were old, which is the case for most Sheraton hotels across the US. The tub spout kept dripping water after the first use, luckily the bathroom was noise-proof enough for us to have good sleep. The bathtub was unexpected slippery but there were no grab bars next to it. Had to be very careful during showers. Valet parking was quite expensive, even by DTLA standards. Staff were friendly and helpful.
