Traffic in Baltimore peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. I'm glad this place exists! I wish they had a doggy cam or a report card so I can know how my kinda awkward dog, Biscuit, does at day care LOL but overall he is happy to head in and comes back a tired pup. Staff are great and the onboarding with Keith really put any worries aside -- it's clear he really loves dogs and speaks their language. I love seeing the fun things they do with pups on their social media :)

We could not be more grateful for Crate Escape. Astro is SO excited for his day care days, and he always comes out happy and exhausted! They’ve always taken such great care of him, especially when we’ve boarded him there for a few nights while we were out of town. Keith is so enthusiastic and excellent at what he does, and their prices are super reasonable. There have even been several times that we are out walking him in the neighborhood and run into a staff member who recognizes him instantly. Astro is always so excited to see them and say hi, and it’s honestly a great indicator of how great the entire business is that they know each dog by name so quickly, and the dogs know and love every one of them!

Potato practically drags me to the door he is so excited to get to daycare here! Staff is great- super friendly and accommodating. You can tell they all love where they work! Keith, the owner, is super friendly and is very communicative if there is ever a problem! We've been coming here almost 2 years! Could not recommend more! The crate less boarding is also very cool and such a treat for our baby to have a big sleepover with everyone! Potato always comes home happy!

Wonderful place with amazing staff that really cares about your fur babies! My dogs have undergone such a transformation from being scared to looking forward to going to doggie daycare. Keith and his team really worked with my boys and brought them out of their shells. I am really glad I listened to my neighbors’ recommendations and brought my pups to Crate Escape. Highly recommend this place. Your pups will be in good hands!
