No matter what time of day you call this location, no one answers the phone. No matter what time or day you go to this store, and no matter what department you’re in and need help, there isn’t an employee in sight to help. If you get lucky enough to find one somewhere in the store, they are the polar opposite of helpful, friendly, or polite. Absolutely an awful experience every time.

just waited in line for over 20 minutes to buy 1 redbull. self checkout machines no longer take cash and we needed to break a large bill, so my husband and i were forced to wait in line. one of the two cashiers decided to leave and go on a break, leaving one cashier for the 10 people in line. people in the self check out were at a total standstill because everyone needed an employee and there were none to be found. after 15 minutes two employees laughing and gossiping walk over. the singular cashier voices that she is alone and needs help, and what do they do? absolutely nothing. one of the girls says “i’m gonna go call my mom” then disappears. not to mention, the store was in complete disarray. clothes off hangers and all over the floor, empty boxes and packages on shelves, random carts in the isles, garbage on shelves and displays, etc. usually i go to target because i can count on things being clean and stocked, having helpful employees, and getting in and out. this target is embarrassing the target brand. i will take the extra 10 minutes to go out of town to a different one.

I went to target the other day and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked an employee named Roshae where an item was and received the biggest attitude when I asked for clarification on the location, acting like I was being an inconvenience to her when all she was doing was making jokes with her coworker, just standing around. Even then, I waited until their conversation had a silence before politely asking where the dog food was. On top of that as soon as I turned to walk away she started snickering with her coworker. Completely unprofessional behavior.

Just went there to buy some drinks and they usually sell the poppi drinks in the singular cans if u don’t want to buy the whole pack so I picked one up to buy and when the cashier tried to scan it she said it didn’t come from their store and wouldn’t let me buy it. When I tried to explain to her where I got it from she straight up told me no I’m wrong and that they don’t sell that. Clearly they just hiring stupid people to work there now because the minute you go into that aisle there’s 40 different singular cans of poppi that you can just buy but apparently the worker with a neck tattoo thinks I’m wrong 🤨🤣🤣

Relatively clean I guess. But nothing is in stock in the clothing section. Only one singular cashier on a Saturday. Line clogs up the whole front of the store. Wild to be honest, If I wanted that experience I would go to Walmart 🤷 the safety tag on my items makes it so I 'have' to go through this line. It's clear no one is happy to work there, I never blame staff for that however- that's a management/target issue especially if you look at the staffing, who wouldn't be demoralized being overworked in customer service.
