Absolutely would not recommend. Took my shih tzu here to get groomed and bathed. Showed up and gave them reference pictures of how I wanted my pup to be groomed. She was long overdue for a grooming appointment so the reference photos I showed were all short. Initially told me 1.5 hours… ended up being 3.5. When I picked her up she essentially looked the same. They did not follow directions and did not use your reference photos I provided. After further inspection my dog’s trimming is uneven and a complete mess. They completely disregarded my request and ignored everything I asked.

We had a poor experience with our husky Shepard mix. It was our second time taking him here and we asked for a sanitation trim. Usually this is a small trim in the front and back. The groomers shaved the entire underneath of our dog and cut him in multiple places including on his genitalia. They never mentioned it and never called us back after we left voicemails. Our dog was unable to walk without whining for a week. He would lay on the ground whimpering due to the pain. We will not be returning to this groomer again. Accidents happen, but not being up front and transparent is unprofessional and dangerous.

Tailwashers always treats our pup with love and kindness. She comes back smelling wonderful. We love that they give us a little report card with all the details of her grooming and she gets a little seasonal bow or bandanna. Would definitely recommend Tailwashers!

Overpriced for a small dog grooming. It took me a while to write this review. I only visited few times here and I am not going back again. The part where am having trouble is where they cut my dog's front foot. It would be appreciated and helpful to inform your customers that you guys accidentally cut the dog therefore we can take immediate action. Took me about an hour after I left the groomers to encounter my dog had been hurt. The area was covered by his hair and I have noticed that when he was liking it. Mistakes and accidents tend to occur but being upfront and honest would help tremendously. The worst part I noticed that after I came home they did not gave me his report cart. I thought they forgot but it appeared that they erased the evidence. So that overpriced grooming doubled after a visit to the vet to prevent infection. To all, please do your research and ask questions before taking your pets for a grooming or daycare. Yes, the reviews are real.

Came and got my husky washed. The employee's were super nice and I could tell my dog was in good hands. I picked my dog up and we went over my dogs report card. My Husky is softer and cleaner than he's ever been. I recommend this place. I love it
