Sue and Marie are truly the sweetest groomers we’ve ever experienced. They were so incredibly patient, gentle, and caring with our older German Shepherd, Candy. As she got older and grooming became more difficult for her, they always gave her extra attention and care to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. What also meant so much to us was how genuinely they cared about getting to know us as a family, not just Candy as a client. They always took the time to ask how everyone was doing, remembered little details about our lives, and made us feel truly valued and cared for every time we walked through the door. Their kindness and warmth went far beyond grooming and made us feel like part of the Tails Gone Wild family. At previous groomers, Candy would shake nervously and try to run back to me at drop off, which always broke my heart. But with Tails Gone Wild, everything changed. Candy was genuinely excited to go there, which says everything about the love and trust Sue and Marie built with her. Had the best experience. My 5 year old lab/pit mix has a lot of anxiety which doesn’t make it easy for me to trust many places but our experience here went so well. They are very understanding and accommodating for specific needs as I requested for her care. They treated my baby with great kindness which is a huge plus.

I brought my senior dog in for a bucket list spa day and she left looking the best she has ever looked! Not only was the staff beyond kind to take her on short notice, but they treated her with such care. She is 16 and typically struggles with moving around for a few days after the groomer. When we left Tails Gone Wild, she jumped right in the car and got out on her own when we got home! I wish I would have found Tails Gone Wild a long time ago. I wanted her last bath to be the the best bath she had ever had and it was! I cannot thank them enough for taking such special care of my girl.

Tail Gone Wild is by far one of THE BEST GROOMERS my poodles have ever been to! Sue & her staff are great. None of my poodles have ever been poorly groomed, none have suffered razor burn on their faces or feet or tummies. I recommend them very highly for any pet grooming needs! Susan Petinga

Tails Gone Wild are the very best groomers around! Ms. Sue and Marie are super-talented, patient, kind, and professional! I started bringing my dogs there out of convenience (on my route to/from work) when they opened up years ago, but now I go out of my way to continue bringing my fur babies there! No longer on my route, but so worth the trip! I highly recommend checking them out!
