Marbley got into an unexpected fight with some critter. Summit fit her in the next day and it was shocking to find out how hurt she was. The compassion the staff showed her and myself is exemplary. Professional and to the point, I’m grateful for the care given to Marbs. She’s recovering well and adjusting to some lifestyle changes. Thank you Summit team for your stellar support and services so Marbley can continue a healthy life. I recommend Summit to anyone who needs care for their animal and a no nonsense approach. Go Summit! Thank you! 🤗

We are so grateful to Summit Veterinary for seeing our dog on such short notice while we were traveling. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping him. The veterinarian, Ariana Anderson and staff took the time to thoroughly examine his eye, explain everything clearly, and make sure we felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Their professionalism, knowledge, and kindness gave us tremendous peace of mind. When you're far from home with a pet that needs medical attention, finding a team like this is a true blessing. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our dog. We couldn't recommend Summit Veterinary more highly!

I brought Raven in during an emergency, and the care was outstanding. What impressed me most was how quickly the team understood her breed and the boundaries she has. They listened carefully, respected my guidance, and followed my lead exactly. Every interaction was handled with precision and confidence. That level of awareness and execution matters, especially with a Belgian Malinois. The veterinarian was clear, calm, and thorough. In a high-stress situation, they made it feel structured and safe. I’m genuinely grateful for the professionalism and skill they showed. I would trust them again without hesitation.

Let’s be real. Vet services here in Juneau are…rough. I noticed my golden retriever wasn’t acting right, and I called Vet Triage and ultimately had to bring him here for emergency care. There are few available vets in the area, and it was during the time of transition between summer/winter — when lots of folks travel back to the lower 48 for the winter and only a handful remain in Juneau. My dog needed a blood transfusion, and we were able to schedule a spleen removal procedure while the main vet (owner?) of Summit was randomly in town. My dog didn’t make it, and it was absolutely heartbreaking — and still is — but the fact that I’m an active duty military member who ended up here with no real options and the vet still SHOWED UP and did everything she possibly could to save him — it meant a lot. He’s all I really had here, so it meant more than words on a review could say. My dog had a rare autoimmune condition that was essentially terminal, and Dr. Anderson showed up. My dog was my soul dog, and although he didn’t make it, people here remembered him and asked me if I was okay as a human being. Dr. Anderson was clearly shaken when we lost my dog and she was there every step of the
