Olympia is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Olympia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

It is easy and fast to get a live receptionist on the line. I have always gotten a timely appointment. But the best part is that the grooming is beautiful. Second best is that the staff seem to like humans as much as they care for the animals.

I took my dog in for a trim. They called after giving him a bath and said that he had blood in his stool and they couldn’t do the grooming. My partner went to pick him up. It turns out that they apparently have new equipment. The tub seemingly had sharp edges and our dog got a gash on his hind leg. We took him to the vet and they had to put staples in the wound. Now he has to wear a cone for the next two weeks until they remove the staples. Both of our daily routines are totally disrupted. He will be restricted in walking and will have to miss a couple of training classes we have already paid for. At least they are covering the vet costs and didn’t charge us for the bath. I am really upset this happened and am not a happy camper. We also have to cancel our weekend plans.

I took my cat to get her nails trimmed because she won't ever let me do her back paws. Well worth the 16 bucks it cost for me to get them done, took them 5 mins, we were in and out. No muss no fuss! ❤️

Nail trims for our 2 dogs, one friendly and the other wary of strangers (we muzzle him for the nail trim). They do an excellent job here and are very considerate of the muzzled wary one. Clearly experienced dog handlers. We appreciate how efficient and kind they are with both of our large pups.

Yay! Finally a groomer at a decent price AND THEY ARE GREAT WITH CATS! Zuzu hates for me to groom her but loves them and she looks so pretty after!
