I absolutely LOVE Crystal. I happened to be booked with her when she was transitioning to her own salon and she took my baby into her own home to groom her for the first time. Crystal has always been super professional and responsive. My dog always looks amazing and Crystal treats her clients so well. She listens to what I want and delivers every time. She really trusts her fur parents and cares for the pups. She even caught an ear infection when I didn’t! I will drive anywhere for my pup to see Crystal. I’m so grateful for her. Take your pup here. You won’t regret it.

I couldn’t say better things about our experience with Crystal. We brought in our 18-month-old Labradoodle and 4-year-old Anatolian, and they look AMAZING. One of my pups is pretty anxious and it's been a bit of a nightmare trying to do this at home, so I was a bit nervous going into our first professional grooming appointment—but Crystal was incredible from start to finish. She took such great care of them and was so patient with all of my questions. She walked me through the process, set clear expectations, and made sure my pup’s comfort always came first. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and positive. Most importantly, I felt like the dogs were really well taken care of. We’ll definitely be regular customers moving forward!

My dog Norma loves those ladies up there. They make her the best experience ever to get her nails done. Most of the time, she doesn't like people. But they make her feel comfortable. I would take my dog there every time.

Had our first appointment this week and will definitely be coming back. I’ve been to a few different groomers in Denver since I moved here a few months ago and Crystal was by far the friendliest we’ve seen. My standard poodle has never done well with grooming and needs someone who is extremely patient. I could tell Crystal took her time with her and made sure she was comfortable! She did a great job and her haircut is exactly what I asked for! Would highly recommend to anyone who had an anxious dog that needs a little extra time and love to get groomed.

I had an excellent experience getting my dog groomed at Crystal's! She was very professional and handled my dog with great care. My dog was very unkempt and her fur was extremely matted. Despite this she did an amazing job and my dog looks much better now. Crystal took the time to explain to me why that when a dog's fur get matted it doesn't actually keep them warmer and can actually restrict blood flow in severe cases--something I didn't know about. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks Crystal :)
