Splash Car Wash

I’m extremely disappointed with this location. Every time I come here, the service is below expectations. I pay for a membership, but the vacuuming and interior wipe-down are never done properly. The quality and attention to detail simply aren’t there. The Splash location in Norwalk does a much better job than the one on Hope Street in Stamford. I’ve given this location several chances, hoping the service would improve, but I continue to leave dissatisfied. For the amount customers pay, the service should be much better and more consistent. Unfortunately, after multiple disappointing experiences, I will not be returning to this location.

To start, I don’t like leaving negative reviews to diminish anyone's hard work, but honestly, today was the last time I will be using this car wash's services. For the second time now, after spending a good amount of money—over $50 for a fast exterior and interior service—I found myself having to clean the whole thing over again at home. I paid extra dollars to wash the mats, which now look like a mix of sand and encrusted mud, and the back mat wasn't even washed, it was left exactly as it was when I arrived. The interior is still full of streaks and dust. As for the wheel treatment, it looks like I went rallying after whatever it was they sprayed on them. Please, take customer feedback seriously. If you realize you can't wash 10 cars at the same time, manage your timing better instead of returning the vehicle to the customer in such an unacceptable condition. Good luck.

I haven't had a bad experience here for years. As a long time member, I am thankful that they have been good to me and my car over the years. They just installed a new member kiosk that gives you a free item each visit with your car wash. What a nice touch. The new manager Ricardo and team are wonderful. Definitely recommend this car wash.

I paid $45 + a $5 tip for a Wheel Express car wash, and the job was pretty mediocre. Excellence is in the details. Even after I asked one of the managers to please wipe the car further, it still looked like these pictures, soapy water drops everywhere, no tire shine, and the tires didn’t look like they were scrubbed at all.

I have to say I never leave reviews this is probably the first time I've done this. I am not interested in negatively impacting a business but I couldn't let this one go. I've gone to Splash Car Wash in Stamford about 2x a month and ever 2 months or so I spend about $80 to get the interior cleaned thoroughly. Let's be honest Splash is probably the most expensive car wash I've ever been too but it is the most convenient. That is perhaps the biggest reason I go, and also they used to do a decent job when I wanted extra and purchase the super interior. On 10/9 I went paid the additional $ in addition to the wash and purchased the super interior which usually goes for $39. Please note the pictures below. For almost $40 they vacuum the carpets, dash/console and blow air. But the super interior does not include actually cleaning the interior. Wow what a surprise. I wish I kept the receipt but I lost it. As far as I'm concerned when you call something a super interior clean and charge $40 you should actually clean the interior!!! I guess I will find a new car wash and save some money in the process.
