I purchased a Mini Express Detail through Groupon and was very disappointed with the service I received. When I arrived, the staff seemed dismissive as soon as they learned I had purchased the Groupon deal. They didn’t understand what kinda service it was and only cleaned exterior of the car. After speaking with the manager, who was very professional and helpful, he instructed them to clean the interior as well. Unfortunately, the final result was far from satisfactory. The car was still visibly dirty in several areas, with spots that had clearly been missed. The windows were especially disappointing, covered with streaks and smudge marks as if they had been wiped with a dirty rag. Overall, the vehicle did not look detailed at all and did not meet even basic expectations for a professional cleaning service. I appreciate the manager’s effort to address the situation, but the quality of the work performed by the staff was poor. I would not return or recommend this service based on my experience.

Great experience overall. Adam, the manager, wasn’t satisfied with the initial detail and personally asked me to bring the car back at no charge. He made it right, and the car looks fantastic now. Really appreciate the honesty and commitment to quality. Highly recommend.

They do a great job. It does unfortunately take a very long time. 2 cars in front of me took 45 minutes. But they really do a great job and work hard as hell. Update: had my car detailed as part of the monthly subscription. Not super stoked finding this new scratch on my car. Found more on my hood and not to mention all the scratches from wiping on the entire paint job.

I’ve been a Gold membership customer here for almost two months, paying $65+tax per month for full service. Unfortunately, from day one until today, every single visit has been disappointing — and it keeps getting worse. They didn’t use soap and didn’t rinse the car properly, leaving road salt residue all over the vehicle, especially on the rocker panels, under the doors, and bumpers. After the wash, my car looked worse than before. On top of that, instead of removing the floor mats and cleaning them outside, they spray water inside the car, which causes water spots and stains on the seats. To make it worse, the floor mats are left soaking wet and not dried at all. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a paid full-service car wash and absolutely not worth a monthly membership. I would not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere else. Update: After the owner’s response to my original review, I followed their suggestion and contacted the shop to resolve the issue and cancel my membership. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse. Not only was the promised refund never processed, but my membership was not canceled and I was charged again for another m
