Those people are something else. I don’t understand the people who gave them 1star because they deserve 100 stars. they are very busy it’s right but always giving amazing service. Always smile super friendly. I’ll never go to another groomer place they’re the best one in town. I never leave my dog alone he’s coming with me anywhere to any vacation any flight and this is the only place that I’m leaving my puppy and trust them in closed eyes ! Highly recommended !!

Reina is Soooo Good. I have a 7 month mi ro golden doodle who has been getting groomed every month since she was fully vaccinated because i wanted her to be used to it and i wanted her to like it. Well that didnt happen where i was taking her. She hates it. Today i changed shops and im so glad. I did. Totally a different experience. My puppies hair was so long and dead and so overgrown. Reina took the time and gave her a super cute cut, put bows in her hair and a bandana and did a lil photo shoot! It was so cute and it was obvious that she loves what sbe does. I told her she is now my babies forever groomer. Thank you again Reina. Your the best.

I usually have a good experience with this groomer. However today left a distaste. I have a husky who needed de-shedding. On a previous phone call confirming the appointment, it was made aware my dog needed to be de-shed and I am willing to pay extra for all services. Upon picking her up, the lady was rude and patronizing. She also threatened to shave my dog if she ever needed that much de-shedding. If the work was too much for her and her business she should have turned away her service. I paid and still left her a tip, despite her tone and rudeness.

We love scruffy to fluffy. There was ONE instance where we took our two pups to a different groomer and it was just such a different experience. We not only didn’t like how they groomed our pups, but they started to constantly scratch themselves and seemed overall uncomfortable. That’s never the case at scruffy to fluffy, they always do such a good job here. And they’re friendly. Today we got these two super cute pictures to let us know they were ready to get picked up. Such an adorable surprise! We’ll love them and keep them forever. ❤️ And the handmade bandanas were super cute and are a nice personal touch! Glad to finally write a review on this place cause they’re great.
