The service was excellent! I just adopted my dog 3 weeks ago. I was not sure how he was going to react but they said he did fabulous. They were very friendly and my dog was put at ease so was I! I am awaiting a major surgery but once I get that done I will be signing up for membership. I have told everyone I come in contact with about Scenthound & how fabulous it is.

This was our first time using Scenthound for grooming services, and we are very pleased with the services we received! We were greeted promptly when we first walked in and they were very gentle with our pup, Scooby, as he is often a little nervous around new environments and people. They explained their services clearly and thoroughly before taking Scooby back to be groomed. We were able to pick Scooby up within about 45 minutes and he looked so happy and clean when they brought him out. They took us through Scooby’s S.C.E.N.T check which we were happy to know that he got all good marks there for his overall health. This was very unique compared to other grooming services we’ve had before, and I appreciated getting a more in-depth assessment of Scooby’s health. Thank you, Scenthound, we will definitely be back!

We initially had a positive impression of this business. The staff are polite, and the dogs seem to be treated well. However, after a year of regularly patronizing and trying to support the business, we became increasingly disappointed with its scheduling practices, customer service, staffing, and overall consistency. On two separate occasions, our appointments were canceled, including one cancellation less than 15 minutes before the scheduled time. On three other occasions, we were asked to reschedule our regular monthly appointments because they did not have the appropriate staff available to perform the requested services. There were also repeated issues with the accuracy of our appointments. On one occasion, a service we did not request was added to our appointment. On two other occasions, services we specifically requested were not included. During another visit, one of our dogs received a dental score of 2 out of 5, despite having undergone a professional veterinary dental cleaning less than a week earlier. A staff member then recommended dental supplements. After we raised the issue with the manager, the same dog received a score of 5 out of 5 at the following visit, whic

The staff here is absolutely incredible! This was our first time booking a full spa treatment for my dog, and they showered her with love and attention as if she were their own. The level of care she received was outstanding and worth every single penny, even at the standard rate. In fact, my vet charges almost the same amount just for a basic nail trim, making this premium spa experience an amazing value. We will definitely be back—I highly recommend them!

Shermy is a crazy energy lab. They focused on taking care of him first then me, not the other way around! He looked fantastic when he was done and it’s hard to find a grooming service that is quality, does what they say they’ll do, and not break the bank. Definitely give Scenthound a chance. Shermy will be back.
