We had a great experience with Jenna at Ruff Rules and their 17-day Board & Train program for Buddy! We mainly wanted to work on his barking, counter surfing, stealing shoes and toys, and his overall manners and walking skills. We’ve already seen such a big difference in his behavior! Jenna was amazing and kept us updated every day with pictures and videos of Buddy’s progress. We met halfway through the program so she could teach us what they were working on, and at the end she came to our house to reinforce everything in our own environment. We’ve already noticed some major changes and are excited to keep building on everything we've learned. We also love that Ruff Rules offers continued support after the program, so we can reach out with questions along the way. We’re so happy with Buddy’s progress and would absolutely recommend Jenna!

We had an awesome experience with Ruff Rules, especially our trainer, Jenna! We enrolled our dog, Ollie, in the 3 week board and train program to work on his separation anxiety, independence, confidence, and leash skills. From Day 1, Jenna made us feel like he was in the best hands. She built such a special bond with Ollie and kept us updated every single day with messages and videos. It honestly felt like we were right there with him throughout the whole process. She was always patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we understood how to continue his training at home. The hands-on training sessions before Ollie came home were incredibly helpful. What really sets Ruff Rules apart is that the support doesn’t end after graduation. Jenna and Keely have continued to answer our questions and offer helpful tips whenever we’ve needed them. We know training is an ongoing journey, but thanks to them, we feel confident that we have the tools to help Ollie continue to grow. We’re so grateful to Jenna, Keely, and the entire Ruff Rules team. If you’re looking for trainers who truly care about your dog and your family’s success, we can’t recommend them enough!

Truly a 10/10 experience with RuffRules! Jenna went out of her way to keep me informed & in touch with my pup Rocco during his board and training experience every step of the way. He was so well cared for and the training that both him and I received is something im eternally grateful for. They are such a knowledgeable group of women who have such a gift and love for dogs, its really shines through. We are so thankful! I cannot say enough about this professional, knowledgeable, and caring group of women and their dedication and care in training my rambunctious four-legged energy ball of a mini-golden - and me, a first time puppy owner. Ruff Rules is encompassing training with both thoughtful and structured training and play time that allowed my little girl to be socialized, taught and gain confidence. She went on field trips and real life socialization scenarios. She learned basic commands, crate training, how to settle, manners (that we still work on daily) and boundaries. The consistent communication and updates about what was happening and how to implement was -and is- pure gold. I learned consistency matters and what a joy a well behaved dog can be. She’s not perfect -she’s a puppy- so the ability to reach out and get guidance is so appreciated. I know Sydney, Jenna and Keely all treated my girl like their own - and that is irreplaceable. 💕🐾

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ruff Rules and their training programs. This is the second time I’ve trusted Keely with my Newfoundland, and once again she exceeded every expectation. I recommend her to everyone. When I first heard about board and train programs, I was hesitant to send my dog to a stranger and worried his goofy personality would be trained right out of him. But after talking with Keely the first time, I immediately knew she was incredibly knowledgeable and truly passionate about training and the dogs she’s entrusted with. It ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made for both myself and my dog. I originally found Keely when I first moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2020. My 120 lb Newfoundland, Moose, had never lived in a city environment before. Suddenly he had to deal with multiple elevator rides, busy sidewalks, and constant distractions. Like many gentle giants, he pulled on the leash and wanted to greet every single person and dog we walked by. We decided to send him to Keely for a board and train, and the results were beyond anything I could have hoped for. Moose came back his goofy self but calmer, more focused, and so much easier to na
