This was my puppies first interaction with a groomer. I dropped him off at 8:30am. Checked on him at 11:30am. He was finally ready at 2pm paid 40$ +5$ tip. I can say I loved the cut, but noticed his eyes were bloodshot red. He acted very different upon coming home, like he was mad for hours. Contacted the groomer they said that’s normal for a new puppy.but offered nothing off or a discount on next visit. Blood in the eyes means trauma. Thanks for ruining my first puppy cut😩😩😩

Absolutely great service. Took our baby boy, Kodi, for his first grooming appointment and we couldn’t be more happy with his grooming and the staff was the best!! If you’re in NWI looking for a great groomer, 10/10 absolutely recommend!!

Not very good! The young son is a far better groomer and has a more pleasant attitude than the father. He increases the prices according to the person. Ive been three times but I'll never return. Lynn's doggie spa in whiting is half the price & she actually cares about your dog & does the job with love.

The guy who owns it....believe his name was Anthony.....took my call and on short notice scheduled me for the next day at 7am. Despite other comments to the contrary, he was there and open and ready at 7am. He took Ivy in and had her cut shampooed dried by 8:15. She looked incredible....bows, comb dried, smelled great. I highly recommend this place. Only pseudo-negative I can think of is that I highly recommended this place to my brother. He called multiple times and didn't get a response. So on a Sunday he took a chance and drove to the shop. The owner was present but told my brother that they weren't doing any grooming that day....which is one of their advertised open days. So make sure you have an appointment before you drive over there. I can't sing the business or the owner for that since he had no appt.....5 stars all day. Well worth the 40 buck price....I was so satisfied that I gladly tipped 20 bucks.

AWFUL customer service. Called ahead of time to check what time they closed to get my dogs’ nails cut and they said 3 pm. I arrived to a locked door with a bright lit open sign. Called 4 times and he finally answered at 1:40. Guy said he was out for lunch and would be back in an hour. Told him I would be back when he would be back. I came back in an hour and the door was still locked with the bright lit open sign. I waited until 3:10. Called in 3 times and no answer. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve been trying to get my dogs nails cut for 3 weeks there and they ALWAYS close early. They did a great job grooming my dog in the past, but I will no longer be going there because of their awful customer service and the guy talks so unprofessionally which comes across as rude. Definitely lost my business which is unfortunate because they were only a minute away. Don’t always believe their bright lit open sign.
