I always forget to leave reviews, but I had to make sure I left one for Juanita! I bring my Yorkie to her for grooming, and she is the sweetest. She always listens to exactly what I want and does a fabulous job every time. Her grooming skills are excellent, and she is so kind, patient, and gentle with my fur baby. My dog was accidentally nicked during a previous grooming appointment at this location, so I switched to Juanita, and I'm so glad I did. She has earned my trust, and I know my Yorkie is in great hands with her. Thank you, Juanita, for taking such wonderful care of my baby. Your kindness and dedication truly mean so much!

My first time taking my 2 year old labradoodle there. He usually goes crazy when we try cutting his nails but he was perfect getting them done there. They calmed him down the entire time and was saying how much of a good boy he was. The staff were super friendly and I will definitely be taking him back there again !

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, we went to several pet stores to find a hamster and finally found him here. We got the cage and all his essentials for roughly 120$ and he was 22$ so after tax we spent something in the range of 150$ on him, but my daughter loves him and we are teaching her responsibility and kindness through this new addition to the family. I hope he lives for years to come. Don't be afraid if you have a hamster to look up different food you can give them. You'd be surprised what they can eat. It's basically a cousin of a mouse/rat. If you need pet essentials I'd recommend this location.

again we return for some absolutely STELLLAR service , manager.. u know who you are . the bearded dragon whisperer haha she is fantastic and full of great first hand knowledge especially for bearded dragons! as she even has one tattooed on her forearm! again she pointed us in all the right directions for EXACTLY what to get, and how to save money on it also! the definition of great customer service she deserves all the praise I can post, so if your looking for a great experience in a pet store for anything, Highly recommend checking this store out, it may be the smallest, but just means the staff is that much more personally devoted to each and every customer. listened to her with the very next customer as we checked out. and clearly she's an all-star in a lot more than just bearded dragons! thanks so much we drive far out of our way past several pet stores to come here now.
