Rainway Car Wash

Doesn't actually clean anything. Nevermind dirt, it couldn't even get a cobweb off the grill. About as effective as leaving your car outside in the rain. Best you can say is all the water it leaves behind helps you to clean the car yourself.

**Update** I went back later the same day and found an employee on site (kind of a rarity) named Terry. I explained the bad job the carwash did without the water buckets/brushes and asked if he would comp me going through again right now after i used those items. He agreed after looking at my vehicle and was very nice. After waiting over an hour in line (only one bay was working), I used the the items that actually washed my vehicle and it came out much better. Despite being labeled as "people like you" by the owner's response, I stand by my original assessment of the carwash which is factual but agree with the other reviews about the employees good customer service. Perhaps updating the product in the wash better suited to our road conditions would actually clean the vehicles instead of relying on our manual labor.** The actual car wash is crap. The only thing that makes it worth the $15-$30 price tag us the water buckets with brushes so you can scrub your own car and the microfiber towels that you can dry your car with. No matter the "wash" option, it's basically an expensive rinse for all your hard work!

Took my car in for a good wash, it was the only car wash open. Drove out the other side with my car still dirty. Back and sides still ha dirt despite not being that dirty to begin with. I used a rag of my own to wipe away most of it very easily. A waste of money for me.

The only automatic car wash in town and it disappoints. I’ve been here many times during the day where the bays are closed. The number to call gives you another number to call. There doesn’t seem to have anyone on-site. I’ve done the most expensive wash, Premium wash and the basic. The undercarriage last 5 seconds for the premium. The car comes out still dirty on the sides and the back window is still filthy. The drying hardly dries then you drive under the dripping machine….

Rainway Car Wash is the best! Prep your vehicle with prewash soap and brush and then enjoy the experience. Your vehicle will come out the other side looking brand new! Met Tina (owner) today and she went above and beyond to brighten my car as well as my day. Thank you!
