Pros; The groom +bath + nail trim for small dog was only $75 (a low price in the area), they used his medical shampoo that I brought, and the front desk person was nice. Cons: my dog came back with unevenly cut fur in multiple areas, his nails were very sharp as if they did not file them after cutting, AND he had to wait in a kennel for almost 2 hours, which I was not told would be the case when I made the phone appointment (and told them I was a first time customer). There is a sign at the store that says it will take 2-3 hours, but customers only see what after the appointment is made if it was made by phone. I did not appreciate that.

I’m beyond grateful to everyone at this grooming salon. Today I brought in 9 dogs that I had just rescued from a terrible situation. They were covered in fleas and ticks and in heartbreaking condition. I walked in without an appointment, hoping for a miracle, and they took every single dog in right away. Not only did they groom them with so much care, but they also treated all of them for fleas at no extra charge. Seeing these dogs clean, comfortable, and finally able to experience kindness after everything they had been through brought me to tears. Thank you for your compassion, generosity, and willingness to help when it mattered most. You made a huge difference in these dogs’ lives, and I’ll never forget your kindness. I can’t recommend you enough.

This is not our usual place as we live hours away and such pity that we had the WORST NIGHTMARE experience here. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The girl workers there are very rude, and we noticed bright red BLOOD stains same day later on our dog’s blanket. This would explain why our dog was Shaking uncontrollably from trauma and PAIN which we were confused to why. NEVER NEVER TAKING OUR DOG TO THIS TRASH ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, our dog never shakes after grooming and rarely shakes. We were in the area so regretfully went there. So so upset

This place was recommended to me from a friend and has great reviews so I decided to give it a try. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the service I got. I paid $70 + tip for bath and full groom for my shih tzu, and the haircut turned out HORRIBLE. Not only is that expensive to me (my last groomer was $60 for full groom), but also the hair around his mouth is so uneven I can’t believe they returned him to me looking like that. There’s almost a bald spot because the groomer cut it so short. When I got home and noticed how bad it was, I called to let them know I was disappointed. Becca (store manager) told me she called the groomer (Isaac I think?) and he said my dogs hair was so matted that he had to cut it short like that. Never in 3 years did my previous groomer do that…… it seems this groomer was just too lazy to comb out his hair…. And there weren’t any mats to begin with when I dropped him off. Becca then told me she couldn’t refund me but if I come back again she’ll only charge me for a bath. Will update this review when/if I do return.

I've been here a few times for nail clippings and every experience was good. This time I brought my dog in for a full trim and bath. I am very cautious when bringing my pup to a groomer as I've had terrible experiences in the past with other groomers, (shaving my dog when asked not to). Gonzalo at Puppy love did an AMAZING job on my dog, he's never looking so cute even when he was a puppy There's been obvious attention to detail when trimming and brushing him, Gonzalo knew how to trim Pomeranian fur without damaging it. You can tell these people love dogs as they were all smiling and playing with Oskar when I came to pick him up. I will definitely be bringing my dog here from now on.
