Puppy Kutz Pet Grooming & Boarding

We will never be back! Avoid this place! You wanna know why they only have 3 stars….Terrible and rude owner! Very crowed and dirty place! My wife brought 2 of our 3 dogs (corgi and border collie) to get groomed, took 4 hours and they had no water. My wife asked for some water for the dogs and the owner said she only have hot water and she was to busy. Then the owner charged us $35 fee to use a credit card! When my wife said no one charges that, the owner just laughed. So $235 for 2 dogs and all we got was razor burns all over. My wife asked if someone could help take the dogs to SUV (car running with AC), the owner rudely said she was too busy. So she took one dog and put her in the back, hands full she shut door to go get the other dog and the doors locked (again car running with AC). My wife obviously very upset, no place to stand or sit in this crowded dirty place, no water, no help, she had to stand outside with our dog and wait the locksmith for almost an hour until I got there and and then another hour waiting on locksmith.

Don’t judge this book by its cover. Puppy Kutz is the only groomer I’ve ever used that consistently grooms my Aussie’s to perfection! She is AMAZING with them. I started using her almost 2 years ago, when I called and needed to get my 3 full grown Aussie’s groomed ASAP. Puppy Kutz was able to fit me into her schedule the very next day! I was praying I would get a half way decent cut my first time in and I was absolutely amazed when I picked my Aussies up afterward! She made them perfect! HANDS DOWN the best grooming my Aussies have ever had. We will never use anyone else again.

Avoid this place! We are not happy! Not sure who's running this place but we deserve a refund and poor Marley deserves an apology! Our pup looks ruff and she actually looked better before we dropped her off. Its as if you have kids in there grooming our dog, her hair is uneven all over and does not even look like she was bathed properly. I am attaching the pic we took AFTER she made it home. This pic is an AFTER pic.....

I took my dog today at 10 am and didn’t get him until 4:30pm! His a miniature schnauzer they shaved his whole body same length but forgot to cut the tail ? Plus he had patches of long hair all around his body. They used to do a spectacular job. Not coming back again.

Scheduled my dog a 9:15am appointment, I was told he would be ready around 1 or 2. When I came back at 2:15pm I was told that groomer hadn't even gotten to my dog, I did not get my dog until 3:45. Not sure what the point of the appointment was if I was going to be stuck in the area for 6 hours anyways. On top of that the hair cut was really messy as if they did a rushed job which aggravates me more, because on top of them having my dog for 6 hours they still did a sloppy job on his hair cut. But at least the staff is friendly. Overall I feel like I wasted time and money when I could've just done the same haircut at home.
