Pet Wash Station at Tractor Supply

Bottom line up front: this would be a very good service if it were properly managed. This is specifically for the dog wash station, which I have used twice. The good… $9.99 is a good price, the tubs are deep with retractable ramps and a locking side entry door. The spray nozzles can be adjusted on and off without having to hold the trigger handle or turn the faucet on and off. Very good for maintaining an even water temperature. They offer a variety of soaps along with brushes and various scrubbing mitts. Now the bad… the area is very disorganized, one of the two times I went there were no towels, and despite the sign for the area instructing owners to use the restraining harness on their dogs in the wash tub and on the drying table, there are no restraining harnesses to be used. Several of the soaps are empty. So, the set up is everything you’d want, but the team in charge of managing the area is a failure.

If I can give this store a negative star I would l. Customer service is terrible. Waited 20 minutes for a gun cabinet only to be told the guy who picked it from stock is now on the telephone. Two other employees standing around talking to each other doing nothing to help me saying I have to wait for him. Manager just standing there looking. My last time shopping there.
