This wonderful dog joined our home a year ago at age 4, and had never spent time at a daycare. I wanted to keep her socialized, though, and followed the excellent recommendation of my long time hairdresser, who brings her dog to PupCity. Our experience has been wonderful. First, the temperament testing gave me great confidence both that my dog would do well and that other dogs would do well with her. While she was learning/ adjusting, the staff gave her breaks when she needed to de-stress or settle her own self from learning interactions (feedback from other dogs if she violated their boundaries). She did learn, and now this high energy dog who almost never stops moving almost never needs a rest break. I love that there are cameras so I can see how she's doing. Those also helped my college kid feel connected through the school year. Videos in the early days when my dog did push another dog's boundaries helped me understand what she did wrong and how she was learning... which helped me learn. All of the staff have been amazing. Communication is outstanding. Their dedication and care is apparent. We have also kenneled and that has gone well. I am entirely comfortable with anythin

I wish we could give more stars. Our pup absolutely loves going to daycare. Can't wait to get out of the car when I drop him off. The staff is excellent, they seem to know every dog by name (and there seems to be a lot) and are genuinely very caring with them. And how can you argue with that face. Pup City has the Bixby stamp of approval. Thanks Pup City for taking such good care of our little guy.

Pup City is the best! Our adopted puppy turned out to have high energy demands and we couldn't meet her needs. Pup City gives her the opportunity to play until she's tired. She is well taken care of and loved by the staff. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. The owner Matt is really calm and really strives to provide a quality service. In the rare instances where problems have occurred Matt has reached out straight away to solve them and ensure we are satisfied. We love Pup City!!!

My Golden Retriever and I love Pup City! The owner, Matt, is very passionate about the dogs, making sure they are acclimated, and that they have a great experience. When it’s time to go home, my pup never wants to leave! Thankfully Matt & his staff are always happy to help encourage her to the car 😊

Our golden retriever, Wrenley absolutely loves daycare at Pupcity! We ask her “want to go to daycare?” and she will head right to the door or car. We are always greeted by wonderful staff. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The owner, Matt remembers not only the all of dog’s names but their humans as well. Pupcity has recently undergone some great improvements and more to come. Always impressed with the care and I never have to worry when I drop my fur baby off. I know she is safe and having fun! Best part…a very sleepy and calm doggy when she comes home! :)
