My child's groom came out absolutely perfect 👌🏼 it was exactly what I wanted and was done in no time flat. Thank you so much, we've been grooming her at home, and it's been years since she had a professional groom. She seemed happy and at ease upon pickup. 😌 posting before and after pics.

We took our Australian Shepard to Pretty Pets today and they did an AMAZING job. His coat looks great, and he was calm and happy when we picked him up. We'll definitely be back.

I’ve been a loyal client of Pretty Pets for over a decade, back when the owner was actively involved and the quality actually reflected it. I completely understand that people move on or step back, but what’s replaced that consistency is honestly disappointing. I hesitantly booked with another stylist and was very clear about one thing: do not cut my Cavalier’s ears. We discussed it, they confirmed it, and I felt reassured. Then I picked her up. Her ears were at least FOUR INCHES shorter, her legs had been shaved down, and she looked completely unlike herself. It was shocking. This is a black and tan Cavalier that has been professionally groomed since she was six months old. Charlie is known for being incredibly sweet and easy to work with. I’ve never once had a groomer describe her as difficult. So hearing that she was “crying” and “upset” the entire time felt like a convenient excuse rather than reality. And either way, why was there any cutting in the first place after I said not to cut her hair? And then the solution offered? Rub sardines mixed with castor oil into her ears to help the hair grow back. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the level of pro

I love this place! Always consistent with price and quality. I've been taking my first dog here for several years. And for the last 2 years I take both my pups at the same time. They always come back looking great. Marilyn does an awesome job!
