Demi Dambrino is the best groomer i have ever dealt with!!! I have two tiny yorkie puppies Max And Molly shes groomed them twice now! She is very good very gentle and patient, when I left my puppies to get groomed I was soooo nervous she really assured me that they are safe and in good hands and sure enough everything was perfect! Thank You!

I recently went into Jack & Rascals with a dog that I found. Kasey greeted us with kindness and affection. She said "Hello who do we have here.". She showed the dog to all the groomers. Unfortunately no one recognized the dog. Based on the compassion that I and the poor lost dog were treated with. I highly recommend them. I went to another grooming place after Jack & Rascals. Wow all I got was a cold "Do You Have a Appointment"? Kasey also took my name and number in hopes that someone might know the dog. Thank you for your kindness.

The first time I tried their grooming services, back in 2024, I was very pleased with the costumer service and how thorough they were with me about what I wanted and what works with my Heeler. The groomer the first time interacted with my Heeler very well. The second time I decided to take my Heeler in 2025 the groomer was not friendly, not thorough and definitely interacted with my Heeler strangely. My dog mom gut told me to trust it but I should’ve listened when I second guessed it the first time. My Heeler came back looking clean, not as well as the first time, and roughed up. Both times I took her I scheduled a nail trim with dremel and the second grooming her nails were split on the side. My Heeler looked scared and she’s usually very comfortable and friendly with people. I decided to give this place a third chance since my first experience went so well. I walked in today at 5:30pm to get my dog’s nails trimmed and dremeled. I saw there were no groomers, so I asked to schedule a nail service. She very rudely stated that “we don’t schedule nail services”. I said “oh that’s weird because I used to schedule a trim with my grooming the times I have been here before”. She stated “w

Grooming services are excellent! Felicity does my doodle and she's an actual doggie hair artist. My dog loves her and gets so excited to see her at each visit. Then she takes a glance at a photo I provide and somehow makes my dog look better than the reference. Honestly, incredible.

Jack & Rascals has been an excellent store for my pets. The first time I went to the store it was for my black dog, Honey, to receive a bath. At the store they offered walk-in nail trimming (ask associates for the exact day and times) which I accepted before I bathed Honey. The associates who trimmed her nails were excellent catering to her anxiety. A couple of weeks later I’m back to give my senior dog a self service bath. The associates there were so nice during both visits. Alex (red dog pictured) is 16 who needs to have a safe space to bathe which I feel their facility offers. I bought Alex this pink and blue sweater they had since it’s a bit chilly. One of the employees helped me find ointment to treat his ear infection and answered my questions on what could help his diet which I felt she answered thoroughly. Thank you to the lovely ladies helping us out each time. The front end employees I feel will make you feel welcomed too.
