Zach and his team are amazing! We had bat droppings on our balcony and he sent Averey out to investigate. They did a great job looking everything over and making some recommendations. No bats inside the home! Thank you, Jesus! 😆 We even got my neighbor to schedule an appointment with them. Thanks guys, you are a blessing!

We had a very positive experience with Precision Pest and Wildlife. Every employee we encountered from the woman who helped get us scheduled to the guys that came by and inspected and did the labor, we were very impressed. They explained each step along the way and got the work done quickly and efficiently. They were also very friendly and kind to my children who enjoyed watching them work, and even left little toy stuffed raccoons in our tree for them to find. It were a little expensive but if we have further problems we will be calling them again.

We had Precision Pest and Wildlife out after an inspection revealed rodent activity (mice) in our attic, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were very responsive and got us scheduled right away. Averey completed a thorough inspection and explained all of our mitigation options clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. The service was prompt, professional, and reassuring. We’re very pleased with the experience and will definitely use them again if needed in the future

The one way system seems to be working, because one of the bats couldn’t get back in. Second picture he left the house. I have been real impressed with this company. First of June hopefully all will be gone and cleaned real well. Keep up the good work guys.

We had an ongoing problem with raccoons in the attic and reached out to Precision Pest and Wildlife Control. Zach responded quickly, assessed our situation and thoroughly explained his findings, even documenting everything with photos so we could clearly understand what was happening. The raccoon was humanly caught and released. The attic needed extensive cleaning and restoration because of damages by raccoons over time. Alan and Cheese (his nickname) took fantastic care of that part of the process. They were hardworking and knowledgeable and clearly took pride in their work. They were genuinely pleasant to have around and I even overheard them singing while they worked which made the whole experience feel a little lighter. Overall we’re grateful for the team’s professionalism, communication, care, and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend them!
